great for music, terrible for calls. Picks up every sound in the background and very loud on other end so other party can't hear you sometimes.

Initially I was thrilled by the ease of use and high level of compatibility of these headphones. However, I was very disappointed by the overall sound quality. The call quality was especially disappointing, the few people I called were not able to hear me at all, they all reported that I sounded very muffled and far away from my phone. For the price I paid, I expected a much better quality. I ended up returning this product.

The sound quality is nice but the microphone for calls is horrible. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips on every forum that I could find. Cleaned, reset, changed tips and wings, paired with different phone, Removed app and downloaded again. Nothing seems to help. I do like that they can be used separate and pair individually without having both out of the case but if people cant hear you or you sound muffled all the time its not worth the money.

I love the touch controls and compact size. However the Bluetooth connectivity breaks up a lot during normal head movement.

I really like my galaxy buds. You can use "find my earbud" if you lose them when they are out of the case. Only flaw, you can't find them if they are in the case. They stay in my ear decently.

I bought these for exercise and they have not disapointed, once I figured out how to use them- it's disappointing that you can't use the app for Iphones, though, but still a good product!

Price is on par with other buds with a premium name. Cheaper options that have similar features but with samsung devices they offer the apple experience many are looking for.

Overall they are pretty good. Sound is great, but the mic while on a call is terrible. All u hear is the person your talking to saying they can't hear you.

I have used the earbuds for a few months with no issues. I have tried other wireless earbuds with dropout problems when phone is in pocket. I have not had dropout issues with galaxy buds.

The one and only complaint I have is practically irrelevant, they provide amazing quality and last me all day and some! The one downside is they do not get loud enough but I also work around heavy equipment all day!

I have try different items to listen to Music at work, all I can say is I am Complete Satisfy with this buds. The quality of the sound is Amazing and the fact you can control the audio with a simple app makes it worth every penny!

I don't leave my house without these. Absolutely wonderful. I especially love how you can have the ambient sound on so you are still aware of your surroundings while having these in both the ears. Great set of earbuds.

Bought these for my note 9 the sound quality when talking to someone is not that good for me. I usually just connect it to my iPad cause the hearing works out great

I love being able to sit my phone down and move about without restrictions. It seems to have a wide range of reception which is good (I can be in the kitchen and phone can be in the living room). I'd recommend it.

I bought these for my wife to use with her IPhone. They were easy to pair and felt good in the ear but the volume was not good. I turned the volume up as high as it would go, and the sound was still too low and the Bass seemed mediocre at best. I returned them to the store and purchased the AirPods. She loves them and the quality is fantastic.

Got them for my mom and she lived them. The bass is good when she listens to her music and she always said she can’t hear me when it all the way up so it’s great to tune us kids out. A great buy and I would 100% but it again

Love it.was looking for something for samsung and I think I found the right one. It last and recharge allowing me to use it all day

I really wanted to love these - they fit well in my ear and didnt move around when I would move. After about a couple weeks of owning them, the right bud stopped connecting to my phone. No matter what I do, it wont reconnect. Due to personal matters I wasnt able to reach out regarding the issue. It's been a few months now since I've messed with them, so I decided to take them out and see if anything has changed. Right bud still wont connect. Terrible.

Absolutely fantastic. Love the noise-isolating fit. Works with my LG & samsung. Pretty great and comfortable. They have extra small ear cushion for those struggling to find comfortable earbuds.

These ear buds have good sound, and the buds would have received 5 stars, but the fit hurts. The buds caused migraines. These just weren't for me.
