They are not as loud as my cheaper ones, I have changed the bands twice and they still fall out my ears as I'm working out.

I've had these buds for a while now. It's currently 10/2022 and these buds are STILL working! Great investment!

My husband has had a pair for a while. I was excites to get some too. They are just what I was looking for. I am afraid that I will lose one of them though.... trying not to let that happen. :|

The ear buds are ok. I wish they had a better nose control when eating or chew gum. You can here all of that in them. Other then that, they are great to use.

Even though my friend got these I didn’t personally use them because I have an iPhone and he has a Samsung but he’s been using them every day for the last 10 months

Finally something comfortable! Still can't get the hang of how not to hang up on someone but I just use them for music. I actually bought them for my iPhone bc my iPhone ones hurt my ears.

The headphones are great, but when using the microphone there is a lot of background noise picked up from it so wouldn’t use it for phone calls or video calls.

The ability to turn on ambient sound and hear those around you whole still listening to music is just awesome. These things are great for anyone but especially those with samsung phones.

Received these as a birthday gift and I'm extremely happy with them. The battery lasts several days depending how often you use them. I got these as a cordless option for the gym and I love them!

Got these for my husband for Christmas. He stated that he was underwhelmed with the sound. After some searching, he was able to figure out how to make them louder.

I have no problems with my Samsung Galaxy Buds. The price was a bit on the high side, other than that, nothing negative to say. Thank You Best Buy for having them in stock when I needed them.

I use my buds for music. I run a lot on the boardwalk so its great. I just can't hear anyone when they are in my ears and I have no music on. I always leave one off if I am not listening to music.

They are decent wireless earbuds, sound is fine to a extent, not much bass. Have had some issue with bluetooth connectivity

It's classy and fashion. It's automatically connect into your phone and play music right off the spot without clicking any button. It's fits into my ear perfectly and does not fall off. Love it!

Really good sounding earbuds sometimes connection is not stable but it clears up. And you can only use transparent mode with android devices.

Wife loved them. I like the way they have different sizes for each ear which made it very comfortable for her. Price is right and well worth it. Thinking of buying some for myself as well.

They work well, my bf loved them, but one of the earbuds stopped working after 7 months, had to send them back to to Samsung before a year of use.

Love these especially after I got the sizing figured it out. I like the sound isolation and only wish it was the newer one! Love gt as it fits my Samsung phones.

When I bought the Samsung flip phone for my Husband's Birthday, Best Buy included these terrific earbuds as a free gift. My Husband and I were very Happy with both products!

You have to get used to having them in ear and I suggest that you use the ambient setting all the time so you can hear you surroundings because you cant hear anything when you have them in.
