These were sold as refurbished and somehow worked fine for hours until I started having this issue with the left piece. Other than that, the earbuds came in clean packaging and the product itself looked untouched and clean with no scuffs or anything. I just don't understand why that left ear bud started cutting in and out after a week or so.

Work better than the JVC that I had previously
