These are so comfortable to use but did not meet my requirements for phone calls especially for my SUV phone conversations other end complained about the air noise and the cutting out. The options on phone for volume and noise cancellation was difficult to use on buds. However I hear new buds are better than these but I think that Jabra 75T are much better for me after reading the reviews.

They pick up a lot of background noise when you’re using them to talk on the phone. It’s not to bad but annoying at times.

new one wouldn't work after 45 day had plan to protect. Went in to exchange and had to buy new plan for replacement Not sure that's fair

No complaints in the least. Only thing that could be better is the find your buds feature. If beeps the case but not the bids individually.

For the price, the quality is ok. But it's annoying that when using it people can hear what's going on around you.

Purchased and within 2 weeks there was a noise interfering with the call. Everyone that purchased these buds highly recommended them. It didn’t upset me that they did not operate correctly, I just contributed to the idea that I got a lemon pair. Took them back and upgraded to the Galaxy + buds. I would have accepted a replacement pair of the same product if the Galaxy plus were not available.

Love the quality Samsung has everything that anyone needs. The design and looks are Samsungs priority and keeping customers happy is what they always do.

Earbuds were a gift to my grandson. I can’t give an opinion on how well they work, but my grandson has no complaints and is very happy to have them.

These ear buds sync up so well to my Samsung phone but they fall out of my ear alot of times because they are so big.

Bought them for my cowerker because I let her use mine and she loved them...Had to get her another color so she wouldnt try to take mine...

I can't live without these wireless earbuds! They make life so much easier. If you are debating on getting these- don't, definitely a MUST BUY!

Great buy, only down fall so far it is hard to hear anyone around you trying to talk to ya with them in. I still haven't figured out how to set that.

I purchased a set of buds last month and the kids kept borrowing them. I gave them to my son and bought another pair for myself and my daughter.

The buds are amazing. Great audio quality and Comfort. They work seamlessly with the note 10 plus, but also paired with my fire TV and worked great.

I live these bus, just get yourself a case that can attach to your keys and you won't lose then. But if you lose them outside the case they chirp

They pair easily with my S10 and my ipad. I only had 1 issue where there was a buzzing noise but I reset them in the app and I haven't had it since.

Purchases this for my brother. He loved them the play time is good. It’s easy to loose them so keep the close.

When you put it on, it doesnt bother that much and with the new ambient feature, for me it lets me hear more of the outside than just what i hear without it.

Everything about these ear buds were good except it could be more comfortable. I would recommend to others.

I have owned many different styles and they either did not hold up to the use or were Very uncomfortable but these have far exceeded my expectations.
