They claim to be noise cancelling, but that is a complete fallacy. I was hoping for that to be effective in a cubicle office environment, but it doesn't block anything unless the music is turned up loud enough. The buds sound good for a non-audiophile. The controls are responsive, if you can remember them. (How many taps, which side?) They are fairly comfortable, and fit well once you figure out how to insert them. There's very little info from Samsung on how to do it, so you're left to experiment. I've figured it out for myself but wouldn't be able to explain it. Maybe that's why Samsung doesn't. I'm hoping they remain as comfortable under the earcups of a snowboard helmet. These would be a nice fit for that activity if so. The bud holder / charger seems to work well. I didn't know it going in, but the holder retains a charge and can charge the buds without being plugged in, as long as the holder has enough charge remaining. That's pretty cool. I have yet to test the limits of the 6hr charge the buds claim to work for, but after a couple hours they claim to have 60% charge remaining, so mathematically it looks to be pretty close.

Never could wear buds they would always fall out or they were never worth the money or the quality wasn't great. I went to Best Buy and Kasey gave us great customer service and bought me a pair of black Samsung Buds. Got home hooked these up and it's a breeze and they interact with my Note 10 plus so well. It shows you the battery Power left it also allows you to fade left and right or an equalizer and more. Easy to recharge powerful with good sound

I've been searching for affordable earbuds but with very good quality. The Galaxy Buds are what I wanted (I got them on sale). The sound quality is very good. My sister said my voice was very clear and loud unlike the cheaper ones I was using before. The earbuds come in a very nice little "capsule" (storage container) that is smooth and comfortable to hold and will sit well on a flat surface. It also has a battery life indicator. The Bluetooth range is not that wide but it is enough for me. To pair, you need to turn on your Bluetooth, open the Galaxy Buds capsule, l eave the earbuds in place and allow your device to scan and find your buds and pair them. Once paired, it is easy to connect by simply turning on Bluetooth on your phone, opening the capsule and selecting the Galaxy Buds. I like that you can wear one of them at a time unlike others where you have to wear both. It comes with 3 cushion sizes to fit your ears although I am still trying them out to see which fits best since the medium ones still fall out from time to time but I think its because I don't want to push them in all the way. You can download the Wearable app to get better sound quality and to check battery life on each bud. Overall I am quite satisfied with these earbuds.

I love these, honestly. Great sound, cancels all the noise. Seriously, all of it. I wear these for running. They work great and look great. The battery lasts forever. Every now and then when I go running, they think I'm taking them out. Like makes the noise that I'm putting them in my ear. Not sure why. They never fall out. And it doesn't always happen.

Got these after the jabra elite 65t active buds quit working after 3 mo. Still waiting on replacement after 6 weeks but that's another story. Galaxy buds so much more comfortable, sound better last longer and cost less. Also is great can use either bud unlike jabra. Use these daily as a delivery driver. Great for phone calls in loud environment.

The fit is snug and perfect. It comes with 2 tips in other sizes. I've used them all day at work and gone running with them. They never came loose and I never had to adjust them. Tap once to pause/accept calls. Tap 2x change the track. Tap 3x to rewind. Press and hold on either Left and Right does a specific function. You can also customize the presses. The sensors can be sensitive at times. Just passing your finger by or scratching your ear can set the sensor off. The battery I have had no issues with. Longest I've stretched out the battery without charging was 6 hours straight. I've had these for 3 months and the battery works fine just like when I got them. BE AWARE you can only charge them while they are inside the charger/case. You cannot charge the earbuds by themselves. You can charge them in the case via USB C or through a phone if you have a Wireless Powershare compatible phone. The sound does what it need to, it's acceptable loud, but I feel it's not loud enough. You can adjust the sound settings via the equalizer or Smart Things app. This is my first pair of wireless headphone, so I could be grasping at straws. They are noise isolated so it blocks out outside noise. I've had them on (no music playing) a crowded NYC train during rush and couldn't hear anything going on. Carry the case with you to stow away when not in use. These things get lost very easily.

These earbuds are great! The sound quality is adjustable to fit your needs and environment. I can connect to my phone seamlessly. They are so comfortable to wear. I fell asleep while wearing them and woke up with no discomfort. They stay in ear throughout the day. I can get through my day on one charge and I can just leave them on the wireless charger when I'm not using them. Highly recommend for anyone trying to go hands free.

I have been using Samsung for many years. This is my first time trying the Galaxy Buds which were purchased in June. I initially had trouble with people hearing me...either I sounded "too high", or it just sounded as if we had a bad connection. I was going to return them but decided to continue to give them a try. I spoke with a Best Buy rep in-store for assistance. We adjusted some settings. I restarted my phone and so far it's been a little better. However, at times, some people still say they have trouble hearing me. My only other issue was keeping the Buds in my ear. Once I changed the Wingtip and Earbud tip to a smaller size, it has a better fit. But it still falls out of my ear sometimes until I turn the bud and push it down into my ear (smh). Lastly, I was told that if the battery is low or if you step too far away from your phone while using the Buds, the connection could get sketchy and your sound isn't good. So, keep your Buds charged and stay close to your phone while using your ear piece!

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say. They've never died on me and I wear them frequently during my 12 hour shifts. They are charging in the case and my phone, if needed, can charge them wirelessly! I own a pair of gaming headphones that I believe do sound better but they are over ear so sound leaks in and they don't have cancellation like these which works amazingly. People have snuck up on me many times already when I wear these.. which brings me to ambient mode that you turn on so you don't have to remove them from your ear and it actually amplifies voices like a hearing aid in some cases. Never seen this feature before! My only complaint is that I believe the sound could be better but I'm not an audiophile and I only have that one other pair to compare to but maybe it's not even fair since those are huge compared to these. I'm ultimately super happy with my purchase and use these daily. Lastly, my very favorite thing is I can go from my car bluetooth to these just by putting them in my ears. Literally don't miss a beat! What? Amazing. So basically if you see a sale, get them right away.. otherwise, the newer version does cost the same at regular price so I would probably go with that assuming their better (I haven't used them). Hopefully this helps you make a great buy!

I purchased these today and I'm blown away by the quality sound. I've been using my old wired iPods so I'm basing it off of that. I love the features and it has small silicon in-ear pieces that actually fit my ears. Fits snug and doesn't hurt even after wearing them all day. I like the tap feature and so far it works with my Amazon Music and Pandora. I haven't tried it with anything else yet. Overall very happy to have these!

First off I wanna say this syncs with my Note 9 flawlessly and with NO lag at all when watching videos, YouTube/ Netflix. These are perfect for my job because of how discreet they are. You can't even tell I have them in. Working out with these are the best! So light weight and they dont move at all. Sound quality is second to none for me. I lestin to mostly hip hop and these are lit! Highly Highly Recommended!

These headphones are amazing. First when you put them on your ear they automatically play your music. They sit comfortably in your ear and the sound quality is amazing. I have a wireless charger and instead of plugging the case into a charger, you can place the whole thing on the charger. You can pause ,skip to next song by touching the actual earbuds. These are definitely worth the investment!!

I was extremely skeptical of these when I first read the reviews, but I took the plunge and bought them. I'm very happy with their performance, the one thing I need to mention is YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD the Samsung Wearables app to get the full experience, the out of the box performance of these buds are not great, BUT if you download the wearables app you can dramatically improve your experience with these buds by tweaking a couple of settings. Very comfortable in my ears and they come with several rubber "wings" if you have smaller/larger ears. One more thing, if you do not have a good data/wifi connection for video playback they will "cut out", but it's not the fault of the buds or bluetooth, the buds and your phone work together to give you as close to a seamless playback experience and it will sometimes sound it's cutting out, but its not the bluetooth, it's the video you are playing that freezes slightly in playback that causes this. Pros: -The battery life is excellent. -Comfortable -Sound great -Priced quite reasonably -If you have a Samsung phone pairs almost instantly Cons: -A little quiet compared to wired earbuds -Out-of-the-box sound not great -Must Download "Samsung Wearables" app to get full experience/control out of these buds Overall: -Really impressive for the money, nice to have!

I got these as a gift and I was hesitant because I loved the wired ear peices that came with my phone. No need to charge or worry about getting lost...once I tried these on, I haven't used my old wired ones and wondered why I waited so long to try these. The battery lasts a long time, sound quality is amazing, and they sit comfortably in my ears without worrying about them falling out.

These are everything I wanted. They fit securely, paired with my phone easily, have great battery life, great audio quality on phone calls, respond to touch commands quickly and accurately and they sound great.... Well balanced with no hyped low end. All that at a pretty attractive price... I'm very happy with them and would recommend them without hesitation.

I am not much of an earbuds person but I do like thses. It took me a couple of days to get use to them. More of a learning curve on my side and no fault of the product. I like that the easily connect to my phone and watch. They come with different sized tips to get the perfect fit. The sound is great and I love that I can turn on ambient noise when I am exercising.

These buds are great! Crystal clear sound, easy to answer calls, hang up, change song, replay song, turn up or down all with just simple taps or a hold depending on what you're doing. You can choose which bud does what, ie, left turns down right turns up. Sound cancelling also but you can change that so you can hear the world around you. Good to run in, they will not fall out!

These buds are the most comfortable in my ears. With the initial setup I could choose Bixby or Google. I noticed the sound quality was very clear with Google. I haven't had any issues with sound. It was easy to pick/hang up phone. Ambiance works great. Connection is very quick. It also bluetooth quickly with my ipad. Certain features don't work with Apple but sounds great.

Pretty good sound quality and battery life. Easy to pair and use since all of my devices are Samsung. I love the built-in mic for when I'm away from my phone. This model automatically comes on when in contact with my ear, which is convenient. Older models had to be turned on and synced separately which took a minute. This is almost instant.
