Very Comfortable and Audio is awesome

The audio on these earbuds are awesome! One thing I really like about them is also the ambient sound feature which helps you listen around when using them outdoors. Oh, it is also a perfect accessory to go with a note 10 auto glow color!

Connects to phone great but just wish find ear buds function wasn't so limited-I have never actually been able to get it to work and buds/case are small and always loosing them.

They are very comfortable to wear. I like when you charge them in the case it also charges the case. The earbuds get charged and the case will charge them when the earbuds need a charge. Very pleased with these and for the price I think they are an excellent value.

She's a nurse and these pair of headphones have instantly become her "love of her life", especially during this pandemic, makes her life so much easier. And the battery lasts much longer than she expected, she says.

Had to return them to Samsung

This caused me to call Samsung since Best Buy wouldn't fix them. Samsung said I could ship them in and they'd send me a new pair. Which is what i did, now they work perfectly! Guess I just got chose a bad set initially.
