Had to return them to Samsung

This caused me to call Samsung since Best Buy wouldn't fix them. Samsung said I could ship them in and they'd send me a new pair. Which is what i did, now they work perfectly! Guess I just got chose a bad set initially.

It came down to the bud plus or original bud for me but since it wasn't for day to day use I chose the original galaxy bud but if it was a daily use earbuds then I would've chosen the upgrades galaxy bud plus because of the upgraded feature and parts.

He syncs them to his phone and gaming devices to listen to music or gaming audio whenever and wherever he wants to without bothering anyone around him. They recharge quickly and easily in their case. They've even been through the wash once and come through completely unharmed, but I wouldn't recommend it.
