So I usually don't use the ones that don't have something around your neck to hold them... however both me and my girlfriend have had issues where they fall out of your ears. There is also some kind of button for noise ambient so you can hear things outside of the music. I don't know how well it really works I don't really see much to it. The sound is good but all these extra features I don't really see her that great. They're so-so

Good for the value. Known low volume issue with Samsumg TV. No volume control issue with use of Samsung phones.

These have honestly been some of my favorite headphones! There are some connection issues with iPhones, but when it works they sound great!

The sound is great. It's effortless one task to another. When I remove one out of the case it knows. When I take one out my ear it pauses my music I love them

These are great sound quality,but too big for my ears. They fall out often. I put the smallest size on,but they are still too big.

Functionality wise, these work great. I've had no issues paring them to Bluetooth, charging them, setting up the controls, etc. The sound is a little weak for the price. Comparing these to wired Apple earphones that come with an iPhone, I would say the audio quality is too similar for the price difference. Also the phone call quality could be better. They do sound better when you optimize them with Galaxy smartphone software but, overall, I feel like they could be better for the price.

They have great sound would have gave five stars but they were really hard to keep in my ears

The seal that it comes with don’t let too much noise aloud to interrupt what you listen. So comfy in my ears. Hard to drop off. Stay in place. Love it

These will get you the biggest bang for your buck. Allows you to do almost every and anything at the touch of a bud instead of reaching for your phone.

I was ready to return these after a week because I was not happy with the sound quality at all. Sounded tinny, people couldn't understand me on a call. Then I found a couple of settings in the phone that made all of the difference in the world. Researching other online reviews, I saw alot of people had this complaint. I am using a Samsung Note 9. Under settings, Connections, Bluetooth, Advanced, turn on Media Volume Sync. Also, use the Galaxy Wearable app with the equalizer. The sound is great, calls are clear. The Ambient Sound feature works great. Very happy now with this purchase.

Works great. Very comfortable to wear. Easy to use. My ears are very small. They stay in place and have no problems with wearing for a few hours at a time.

Great Ear buds but i do think sometimes it may be alittle to low. Other then that they fit great, sound good and look awesome.

Overall they erte okay, it you are looking for headphones to wear at work and you don't work in an office setting I wouldn't recommend
