The sound is good. The quality is good. Sometime it fall off if you don't have it secured in your ears properly.

Really enjoy totally hands-free and not even having to be in the same room as the phone to make and take calls. Connects seamlessly with Samsung phone.

Quality isn't phenomenal but not bad either. Solid pair. The main reason I like them is because they work well with my Note.

I use them for the gym and haven't had any issues battery quality is good sound is on point i have had them going on 2 months and dont regret my purchase.

My son started using these after burning through 3 pairs of another brand. The first thing he said was wow these sound so much better than my old ones

I liked the way they fit very comfortable, but sound quality was not as good for music as I like. I tested a set of Jabra 65t at the same time. The sound quality is much better for music and calls. The Samsung earbuds kept disconnecting from each other, hearing only from the main one. I considered keeping both but the repeated disconnect changed my mind. The taps on the earbuds were too easy to do too many.

Over all good headphones. They go in your ear so they are pretty secure and does not let a lot of outside noise in.

Very comfortable airbuds. If you listen to tunes for extended times these are easy on the ears. Quality of sound is good too.

They have great sound would have gave five stars but they were really hard to keep in my ears

I bought it as a gift for someone and went back to purchase a pair for me. I love it!! Fits perfectly in the ears and is super loud.

I really wanted to love these but they have a major connectivity flaw. I paired them with my Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20 and my Galaxy watch 3. You would think that three Samsung devices together would work flawlessly together but my experience was not quite that. Pros: - Love the wireless charging case. Works great with my Samsung wireless charging base - Initial connection to phone or watch is very fast. - Great battery life Cons - This one is a killer for me and ultimately caused me to replace them with another brand. I was unable to have my phone in my pocket whille exercising and listen to music. The buds would constantly cut in and out driving me absolutely crazy rendering them totally useless. I even tried all of the various suggested remedies like switching the codec, resetting the bluetooth, etc.

Ear buds are perfect. Great listening when you are talking on the phone. No static at all when you are talking on the phone

Great product. I wish I didn't wait as long as I did to purchase them. Great sound quality. My wife said she likes these better then her apple air pods.

My buying experience was excellent. I came in to buy video games for a gamer, and ear buds for a user of iPad and cell phone. Since I know next to nothing about electronic anything, I had to ask questions, and Dimitri was there for me - available, patient, articulate, friendly, competent - everything I would want in a salesperson. I will look for him next time, and will probably leave if he is not there. I can buy these products from many different sources, but I prefer to deal with Dimitri. I use every single day. I already have a pair of airpods and still decided to waste money on a pair of these. They are that much better.

I've had to return this product twice. Once for the microphone making a weird sound and another because one earbud stopped working. I really want to give these a great rating because all other times from when they 'broke', they were fantastic. I know other people with them and they haven't had any problems so it could be that I just had bad luck. A solid investment, especially if you have a samsung
