Good Product but had charging issues

However this suffers classic first generation product flaws. (Probably software issues) Sometimes these buds have "hiccups" probably due to being wireless. Once I had to factory reset the buds because the microphones just refused to work. Also I use everything Samsung (phone, tablet) except PC. So everything should be smooth but it's not. Please go for the buds+ instead!

I have had airpods when I had a iPhone and I like these so much more. Audio is great for being completely wireless buds.
