Not loud enough. For something you insert by you ear drum you can't hear if there's noise around you.

I love the refresh speed on the monitor. The sales person at Best Buy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I tell all of my friends they should shop at Best Buy

At the beginning it was hard to find the perfect fit. But after adjusting I was able to listen at ease without having it to fall out.

Great design, not bulky and does not look like a toothbrush head replacement. I bought a case that includes a carabine. I use them at the office and at the gym.

The earbuds are elegant looking and fit with minimal to no slip. Battery charge just doesn't last very long. Bought to use at work. My work shift is for 8 hrs but you'll be lucky to get 6 hrs if at that of continous audio. I'll stick to standard wired buds for a fraction of the price. Hopefully Samsung is able to extend hear time for next upgraded model.

love my gift that my son gave me. I was just a little upset that the new ones came out shortly after he gave me these but still use them all the time.

These work great with my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active phone. I do with they were a little more comfortable, but overall I enjoy them.

Great bluetooth. Connection very quick. Only con is cant hear outside noise while driving with both on. Recommended to use one when driving. But overall love it.

I dont see any problem with buds great fit into ears ,good sound quality got little confused in the begining And setlle down when i start using it

Everything thing about them is great. Only two things I wish where better...case battery life and the touch pad I feel could be a lil more responsive

Problem with volume control with Samsung TV otherwise good volume with Samsumg phone. Color choice could be larger.

They are very comfortable and they do not intrude on your day to day a little downside is the low battery compared to other headphones but other than that very good

They sounded great, just didn't sound great for the people listening to you talk on a phone call.

Got two pairs. One of them makes a weird noise for no reason. Other pair works well. 2 weeks to exchange did not make it in time

It was good, but I don't know much about electronics. The sound seems same as basic ear buds. I had to adjust to the in ear fit.

They start to hurt after wearing them for a hour or more but that is expected. Other than that I love these buds! They are so convenient and look great.

I bought these assuming great brand, I already have a Samsung phone, should be the best choice (didn't do my research). Disappointing to find that there was no special integration with the Samsung phone. The build quality feels cheap and sticky, they were not comfortable in the ear (maybe personal ofc), and after I heard my wife's Jabra Elite 75t I realized that the sound quality was poor and tinny.

My son purchased these and loves that they fit in his ears and stay there. He says they block out the noise better than his noise canceling headphones.
