They can be painful if not inserted just right and if not just perfect the sound quality goes down while causing discomfort to the ear.

Excellent earbuds

Changed settings in the app for the touch pad to be volume. Got them set to near max so I can control it on the phone(note9). Changed the pad to ambient sound. It sounds perfect now. A perfect fit with the extra tips and ear piece. Sound has a very good spread from base to treble. I’m very impressed with the battery being they are so small. Love the bluetooth range and the fact I can use just one at a time and no affect on the performance. 24 hours so far and love these earbuds.

After about 2 hours of use, the person on the other end says I sound like a robot or far away. The range to walk away from your phone is horrible. Now after only 4 months, only one earbud works. Very disappointed!

If you've lost one of your earbuds, you can purchase a new pair or continue to use your single earbud with the phone the earbuds were previous paired to. A single replacement earbud cannot be purchased. You can connect the remaining earbud to a new phone the exact same way you would connect both earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app. ^Elizabeth
