I bought from best buy on oct 24th couldn't return after nov 7th. I had only 15 days to return that should've been the red flag. They are comfortable which is a plus and sound quality is good, not great, but it doesn't get as loud as I'd prefer a negative. The real and most important issue is phone calls, the person on the other end can't hear me. Everyone whether they have a Samsung or iPhone say I sound terrible. One friend told me to throw those things in the trash, after spending $130 you can imagine how I felt about that comment. Bestbuy says im past the return date. I contacted Samsung they have offered to send me replacements, hopefully I just got a bad pair, I love Samsung products, but to be totally honest instead of another pair, I'd prefer a credit even if its only at the Samsung store and unable to include bestbuy in the credit. Because I already bought a pair of high end wireless earbuds from another company and though not as comfortable, the sound and call quality that others hear from me is perfect as I'm told. This poor rating is based on terrible call quality from those who hear me or who cant hear me on their end, at $130 price tag and me paying full price, that is totally unacceptable with the quality im getting for the amount I spent.

I like them so far fits nice in my ear good sound.i use them when I run and are sweat proof. I like the sound features where I can adjust the sound quality.

The buds provides clear natural sound, great for music and watching movies. I have these also connected to my samsung tv so I don't disturb anyone around me at night.

This buds have an excellent sound quality and long battery life when using stand alone mode but after a while they get uncomfortable in my ear

I got these because my Peloton doesn't like the Apple airpods, messes with the volume & needs to be finagled to fix it. I don't care for these ones as much because I don't find them so much 'noise cancelling' as just blocking your ears. I can hear myself talk and breath with these in, doesn't happen with my airpods. The charge lasts longer and theres no issue connecting to the Peloton but don't care for them.

Another Galaxy addition that works flawlessly with the newer Galaxy phones and tablets. Sound quality is excellent (digital voice from your carrier, if available), and sound from media is superb. (AKG) Fully customizable buttons for both buds or one. Remember: most newer products will work with not so new phones and tablets, but maybe not seamlessly. If you are having difficulties, be patient; most of the trouble that you may have can be solved with a few settings adjustments. This is the freedom of Android: unlimited customization, personalization, and independence. (IOS? I don't think so.)

Wasn't sure if they would stay in however haven't had any issues. Only use at work and they do help cut the noise out, everything just disappears

These really fit my ears great and they stay in while running! Really sensitive to the touch when you want to increase/decrease volume. Long lasting too.

If you have samsung, this are the best. The sound is clear and strong. Easy to setup and to connect with your samsung devices

Samsung Galaxy Buds are awesome! Nice color, great battery life, and the sound is isane! I would definately suggest them as a great stocking stuffer for the holidays!

These were a great investment. I have a Samsung 8+ and connecting these were seamless. My device connected them automatically. The case is small and compact. I also like the setting where you dont have to take the buds out of your ears to listen to someone speak near you. Sound quality on calls are great, the other end can hear you very well (and your surroundings) and you can hear the other end very clear. I use these when I am at work daily, and when I was on the airplane and they are completely functional. All over, great buy.

Great deal when it’s on sale and a perfect gift. Great quality and sound. If you are looking for something with a lot of bass this is not for you.

I like the ear buds they fit and stay in place while I'm working. The one thing I wish is that they could go a little louder maybe in the future.

These fit great. I use them for hours as a phone for work, run and exercise with them with no issues. The case is easy to use. Also a plus that you can use one at a time. I tried the Jabra Elite 65t and couldn't get them to stay in my ear. You HAVE to use the right one (so only using one and having one charged won't help) and when I could get them to stay in my ears they hurt to even touch them. The Jabra case also has this annoying button to try to depress to open it, which was difficult. I work in IT and these things frustrated me. Quickly returned and bought the Samsung. Best decision ever.

Sound quality and battery were good, product just was not what I was looking for. They don't stay in ears for workouts.

I love the sound. Not so great on calls. Stays in my ears during workouts. Only rated a 4 due when I am on a call at time people cant hear me

I love how these headphones have a clear sound and cancel all other noises. They also fit very snug in my ears, a problem I've had with other earbuds.

First earbuds that don't fall out of my ears. Sound great, easy to use. Just wish they could pair to 2 devices at once, though not a dealbreaker.

Love the fit and the great sound. Only problem I have is volume doesn't go quite loud enough when I'm using loud equipment ( i.e. lawnmower)

I'm so happy to have picked these up at my local Best Buy the other day. They are awesome@!! The sound is nice and crisp and no falling off my ears which is an A+
