First off, this product was used with a Galaxy S9+ that allowed access to the Galaxy Wearable app. The EQ options in the app provide a few different experiences to the buds, but I generally found myself using the Dynamic or Bass Boost options. The sound quality before the EQ was already surprisingly decent, and the EQ provided a sound quality that was more inline with the type of sound curve I enjoy. While the sound quality is truly commendable at the price point, it is worth noting that the bass is not heavy and the sibilance is relatively audible in busy sections of songs with high frequencies (cymbals and vocals). The case was very portable, and both buds work independently. This is beneficial for those who want to change which one bud they want to wear and do not want to be tied down to the "master bud" that other wireless earbuds require. Unfortunately, the possible fatal flaw for those looking to purchase the product is the microphone. The microphone performance is definitely poor, and it performs even worse in situations with medium ambient noise. This could be anything like a bus, busy street, or even in a car with the air conditioning on. The voice quality makes the user's voice sound muffled and somewhat indistinguishable at times. I am currently searching for an all around pair of truly wireless earbuds, and the microphone performance was enough to get me to return the product. As someone who relies a lot on talking over the phone with my significant other, the call quality became an issue that could not be overlooked. I ended up returning the earbuds in a little less than a week because of the problem. If you can overlook the call quality issue and have a Galaxy phone then these might be the earbuds for you. Even if you do not have a Galaxy these might still work for you, there is just less compatibility as a result.

Happy that I bought these earphones after doing some intensive research. They have great sound and base and never really had a worry about them falling out of my ear as they stay pretty snug. Although they require an app to use them, after connecting them through the app the first time, I really dont have to worry about going back into it unless I wanna fiddle with the sound settings - but I always like to keep it at one setting, so no hassle at all. Also they can be pretty noise cancelling if youre into that. They are worth the price and im glad I didnt went straight for the airpods or jaybird that I was first contemplating about buying. Plus - they are more cheaper than those brands and wonderful quality! One more thing, if for some reason you do lose them, the app you install to use the earphones do have a way to find them. Havent used that feature myself yet but there is an option for it. so thought it was worth mentioning. (:

These sound fantastic clear and they pair really fast with your phone. The sound quality is fantastic if listening to a movie or music or YouTube for that fact. There down side is the microphone, it is impossible for anyone to understand or hear you talk to them if you choose to answer the phone with these earbuds. There is no active noise cancellation, and it really feels like the microphone was an after thought thrown in just to give a selling point that's totally 100% useless. However if your not getting these for talking on the phone the experience will be one of the best out there. The base is punchy the highs are clear and the mid range is not canceled out by either. I find these to be the best option on the market right now in its class for Size, Battery life, pairing speed, and audio quality along with fit they just don't fall out and are so small they don't draw attention to the fact your wearing earbuds.

I have been using these headphones at the gym and when listening to podcasts while grocery shopping. They sound great and do a good job of cutting out surround noise. I do turn on the ambient sound option and adjust ambient sound volume to the max simply to make sure I don't run into anyone or if someone wants to talk to me I know. The voice focus doesn't work very well though. At least in all my situations, I have to pause music or podcast and sometimes take one out to hear the other person talking. I have used several other wireless headsets, excepting Airpods, and these have a great overall sound. They connect quickly to my Samsung Note but had issues connecting with my Asus ROG Strix II laptop. While watching a movie, there was a small noticeable lag especially when an actor was talking. That was kind of annoying. I stuck to wired headphones on my laptop. Overall I love the portability and long battery life.

Great sound in these earbuds, and pretty long lasting battery (around 6-8 hours for me) Pretty good value for the price. Touch controls can be changed or turned off entirely which is a good feature,

I debated for a while between these and the Bose ear buds. Both have a locate my ear bud feature from their respective apps. The Bose one works better in that you can use it even if the buds are still in the case. This was handy one time when they had slid under the car seat while in the case and I couldn't find them. The Samsung buds need to be out of the case and active to find them. Everything else I like the Samsung Galaxy buds better. The wireless charging case that can be charged with powershare on the back of the Note 10+ is handy. The Galaxy buds are smaller than the Bose and fit nicely in my ear without sticking out like the Bose do. Plus the Galaxy buds allow you to only use one bud at a time if you want and it doesn't seem to matter which one. Very convenient at work when I just want music in one ear. The sound is great, so far I have had for a week but I am very satisfied.

Easy to setup and install. Fit great and have really good sound. There are a lot of options to adjust how you want them to sound and what happens with the tap button. Battery life is great and the charging case makes ot better.

When I Purchased my Samsung S10 Plus on Launch Day. I Fell Into Being A Samsung Guy Only. I went Hammy, I bought the Samsung Buds right away when available for Pre Order. I Had to Pre Order thru Best Buy, which at first was gunna be like 2 months from Samsung not being able to keep up with all the high demands. Instead I pre ordered thru Best Buy regardless of the wait, But I recieved my Buds in Less then A Week. Easy to Use. Always having Updates. Sound Great and easy pair. Last me all day over 16 hrs. And if their Lost You can Find My Buds thru the App. Calls are Clear the Mic comes in Clear my wife says even when in a noisy Kitchen cooking on a stove. And the Music with the Bass BoomBoom is like I'm in the Club or in my Car with the 2 subs Hitting that Boom Boom Boooommm. #AMustHave.#Samsung4Life

My first quality wireless audio. Worked right out of the box with my Galaxy Note 9 and then my Note 10. Easy to use secure in my ears. Ambient sound is a great feature and the Galaxy Wearable's software let me keep track of the charge. I only needed to charge them and the case every two days or so and the case charges wirelessly next to my phone. They block out external noise effectively so I used them as hearing protection while using power tools. They were comfortable enough to even sleep in and block out nearby snoring while listening to sleep inducing sounds. I actually purchased these in February of 2020 though this site shows the purchase in May. I did upgrade to the Pro buds after I passed them on to my kid.

I’ve had other earbuds in the past and based on comparison, can tell, this is good quality product. I like quality of the sound and materials; small design and the way buds are sitting in the ear. Very stable connection with the phone. Charging box is small, and my favorite future of it that box supports wireless charging. Battery life of the buds is good but when you put them back to charging box, the box’s battery discharging fast. May be couple of days and needs to be re-charged. Also, not a big fan of the way how lid is opening. When you start open the lid, you feel a little resistance at first but after that it is like a free run almost until fully open position. It feels like something is not right. We’ve try another set and it feels the same, but otherwise everything is working fine.

I love these buds... very light, they stay in place and have great sound... mic pics up well too. My only complaint is that the bass is not as rich as I would like for it to be but it is in no way a dead breaker...

Before I bought these buds, I had the Bose Sound Sports True Wireless, they were pretty pricey, and I feel that the Samsung buds blow them out of the water. I have finally found the perfect headphones for me. Great sound quality, no connectivity issues, charging time is not bad, comfortability is great, syncs perfectly with my phone and watch, they are great when I work out. They never fall out of my ears! I couldn't ask for more. I love that I have the option to wear both buds or just one (They are interchangeable). I totally recommend these bad boys!

Started using them this week. And i am happy to say they 1. sound great, 2. sync easily and 3. Long lasting. 1. The first thing you have to do change the ear plugs to the larger ones included. The attached ear plugs dont fit well and steal a lot of the bass. Once you attach the large ear plugs, its like night and day how great these ear buds sound. I switched from some Boss ear buds that broke and i am very pleased with my purchase. 2. I have a samsung 10s and these samsung ear buds automatically synced. Only weird thing is how you turn them off... by putting back in their charging case. The samsang gear app lets you adjust the equalizer of the speakers which is nice. 3. They ear buds charge quick. And last like 14 hours if keep them in case. I would definitely recommended to any one.

I absolutely love these Earbuds. They work perfectly with my iPhone and pairing was fast and easy. I feel they have great sound, but I'm also not a sound snob ;). They block out noise quite well at the gym and while walking dogs on a heavy traffic road. They stay in my ears without having to adjust constantly and they don't cause soreness after wearing for long periods of time. I can put on and take off a sweatshirt and they don't budge. I have REALLY small ears and finding earbuds that stay in, don't stick way out, and don't cause pain has been difficult. They come with a cute little case that fits nicely in a pocket (even women's pockets when we have them!). The charge is great and I haven't had any issues with running out. I haven't really found anything that I don't like yet.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds True Wireless Earbud Headphones are a great value. The bud are simple to use and provide a carry around case that charges the buds when your on the go with the built in battery. The sound is crisp and clear but don't expect a punch bass. Listening to music is okay for short periods but due to the lack of true bass frequencies I found long term listening unrewarding. One plus is the ability to connect with bluetooth to a compatible TV for personal listening. I've read another review saying this is not possible. But rest assured these buds connect like any other bluetooth device.

These COMPLETELY WIRELESS earbuds do many things great, and do what you pay for. They have 6hrs batterylife alone and 7hrs extra in the case, which is equipped with wireless charging. They seal in the ear and have wing tips to ensure a comfortable long lasting fit. The ambient noise setting is good, but what can you expect when you want to hear great music and hear what is happening around you faintly, of course if you want to hear someone, take them out. The buds charge quickly and will easily last you through the day. I have dropped the case and buds on my driveway without so much of a scratch from 4ft. If you are thinking about going wireless and have an android or apple and you dont like the seal from airpods or just want better sound than them. GET THESE.

Wife loves them still after nearly a year. Wireless charge case, long battery life and easy to use. Loud enough to use wile mowing law on rider or push and stays in during workouts and runs.

I have been using the AKG wires headphone that came with my Note 9 for a long time. As time goes, it gets annoying with the wire running down to my pocket. I decided to get this ear bud and wow, it was great. Its comfortable and sound way better. The noise cancellation is too notch. I only use one at a time. The charging case can recharge it to full for both once. But since I only use one at a time, it lasted forever. But with one, I can get by almost a full shift of work before it get low. For comfort, sometime I dont even notice that it's there until someone call or a notification ring. The fitment was great when I replace the rubber piece with the smaller one that came in the box. Overall, it's a great device.

I recently purchased these Samsung earbuds for myself. I had previously purchased a less expensive brand, but returned them because of a connection issue after using them only a few weeks. I was also having problems keeping them in by ears. I talked to a sales person about the problem, and he convinced me I should spend a little more and get more quality buds. He suggested the Samsung since I have a Samsung phone. These were on sale and I have had great success with the ease of connecting and keeping them securely in my ears. They sound great and I have been very pleased with the comfortable fit. I'm so glad that I went with the better quality buds.

Love these! I can choose what notifications to alert me about and even read my messages, so my workouts dont have to stop because I have to check who texted me what. Call quality is great, people on the otherside say it sounds normal, and that's with just one earbud inn and the other stored away in the case. So I sometimes use it as a bluetooth and leave it in my ear. Never had a problem with them falling off during my runs or crazy burpee workouts. Is not as loud as some people will like but its loud enough to not hear surroundings unless you turn on the ambient sound, it really works! Over all they might be a little expensive compare to other wireless buds but you wont regret it because at the end you will pay for a better quality.
