Great Quality but come out easy

Lower star ratings is that these fall out of your ears easily if you are doing something active. Have tried all sizes, but these randomly come out. Eventually, I have a bad feeling these will fall some place where they cannot be retrieved.

I had attempted to change the silicone tips but they appear to be the same size that was included with my pair.
