Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they aren't fitting right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. You'll get the best experience when using the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet because you'll have full control over your music. Some features won't appear in the app unless you've already connected the earbuds at least once. The touch actions are set to single tap and tap and hold by default. To use all touch actions, from Galaxy Wearable, tap Touch controls to activate the related features. Lightly tap the touch pad one time for the following options: Play a track. Pause a track. Quickly tap the touch pad two times for the following options: Play the next track. Answer or end a call. Quickly tap the touch pad three times for the following options: Play previous track (if done in the first three seconds of a track). Start the current track over at the beginning (if done after the first three seconds of a track). Touch and hold the touch pad for the following options: Activate a custom shortcut.
