It has been countless of times I used it and people can't hear me or I sound muffled like I'm under water. This is the 2nd pair of Samsung Buds Pro that I have purchased with the same issue

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds Pro, or Gear IconX earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Be sure to check out the article titled, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" when you have some time to conduct a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Prefer first line of buds

The fit in comparison is awful, the sound is good. Overall uncomfortable to wear for long periods and often leave my ears sore. Not as tight and secure therefore the noise cancelling seems to be affected as well. Poor developing on samsungs end.
