Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. You'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Take a look at, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" when you have some free time for more great information pertaining to getting that perfect fit. Noise cancellation wasn’t the best for the receiving end during phone calls . Android uses will get the full range of this products futures. Would recommend for Apple users if you will only be using them for music
