    Beware of allergic reactions

    These have great sound, but unfortunately, they caused a very severe allergic reaction in my ears. Ears became very crusty, swollen, some bleeding and liquid discharge. It was insane. I did some research online and it seems that this has been affecting *lots* of people. It looks like there even may be a class action lawsuit. I am in the process of doing a return through Samsung now. I should note that I have the Galaxy Buds Pro, and have not had the same issue. So, I guess just make sure to research on the web before you consider buying these. It seems like Samsung has known about this issue for quite some time, but hasn't done a recall on them for some reason.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro gives you up to 8 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds.     Great sound for audio. Not so great for calls, complaints of noise and background sounds are too loud. Many updates but not helping. One earbud goes out randomly.
