These fall out my ear. They won’t connect to the app and they hurt after a period. I preferred my older generation jelly beans. I wish I would have just got another pair instead of upgrading. Also the tapping to change or answer a call sucks. I tried for a week, it just doesn’t work.

Ive bought quite a few different brands of bluetooth ear buds and ive never been very impressed. I got a new samsung phone which made me think about trying the samsung buds 2 and ill just say that it was worth every penny. It was a little more spendy than the average pair that i got but the quality was so much better. The noise canceling and ambient mode work extremely well im very impressed. As well as my other brand of ear buds always had the metal mesh fall out which caused the headphones to stop working entirely. The samsung buds have the metal mesh protected by a second mesh screen thats built into the rubber tips ao youll only ever need to clean the rubber tips. They also stay on extremely well and dont fall off unlike other brands. Ive had them thrown in my pocket and fall onto the ground and the tips have never came off without me intentionally pulling them off. The battery life is also really long. I use them for around 9 hours while at work and they have not died even once. All i need to do is make sure to put them back into the case to charge while on lunch or on my breaks and then they are recharged for the rest of the day! Highly recommend these headphones!

None of the tips fit my ears and the buds kept falling out.

Bought them with the expectation of these lasting a full working shift when in reality they only last about 3 hours on a full charge. Their description of battery life is lacking dramatically. So returned them and now shopping for something that actually will last 8-10 hours per charge.

Noise cancelationsnot good. Need to take both buds off to pause music.

Very few colors that are available for style. However, still a great product.

Samsung customer service is the absolute worst. Thankfully Best Buy allows you to return items. That is why they will continue to get my business. Samsung doesn't follow through with their promises. I was told I would receive free AKG headphones years ago for a pre-order, but instead they gave me some worthless Fortnite code. No idea what that even is. Get the Sony buds.

Bulky and tends to drop out of your ear. Prefer the old style bean looking buds as they remain in your ear

Dont hold charge long enough should have stayed with cheap ones

Did not like the fit. they kept falling out even changing the sizes didn't help

Okay if you just want to upgrade no noticeable improvement over my Galaxy Buds Pro.

Not sure if I got a defect pair but the audio Quality isn't that good in these.

This is my third pair. I keep having to return them. In less than a month the charging contacts stop functioning on one earbud and it’s unable to charge and unable to be used. I’ve cleaned the charging contacts with no positive results. Hopefully the third pair will last. I’ve already spent over $100 in geek squad service plans.

Can’t access full functionally it iPhone. The ear buds were good just limited on functions

So far i really like them, only issue is that it keeps saying my right ear has a bad connection

One side quit working. Can’t get it fixed. Right after get 30 day warranty
