[Employee of bestbuy] The fit is just not right with any of the earbuds. I have already dropped them multiple times and lost some in the grass. The 3 taps to rewind a track can be fixed in an update. They are pretty spendy, and I was expecting more of them. I had a Jaybird Vista 2 for 3 years before this, and in some functionality settings, they were better, including sound equalizer presets through the app. I want to LOVE them so bad but because they are round and have no grip its easy to drop them when taking them out.

Let me start by saying I have tried many different wireless earbuds and none have come close! I work a lot outdoors and take a number of calls throughout the day. The battery life between the buds and case is sufficient if you manage to place them back in atleast once a day. They work excellent as companions on workouts as to not fall with sweat. I will say thay sound quality leaves just a bit to be desired but not bad for the size and price.

They Fit well and I can sleep in them, i like the fact that they are only in the ear.

Works excellent. Quality is amazing. Its the most comfortable ear buds ever. I ca. Leave in my ears and it stays in. Noise canceling is also amazing. Follow the instructions on how to adjust it in your ear for better fit.

Better than expected battery life and anc function

I like the new fit. I had the "jelly bean" Samsung ear buds before. These fit much better and the sound quality is awesome. Lots of nice features like the voice recognition, that quiets the volume when someone speaks to you.

We bought another pair of these after as well. Best head phones we've ever had, sound and battery life are on point

Love these headphones. My favorite ones I've ever owned. I like that I can toggle touch controls on the earbuds, so if I'm doing something that causes me to sweat, which in turn interferes with the touch controls, I can turn off touch controls with my phone. The different sound settings, ambient, normal, and noise canceling, are each great. I use all of them, depending on situation.

This a good product for people with a samsung device. The noise canceling is good and the bass has punch. The only thing is that the controller on the ear plugs are hard to work, answering, ending calls and it doesn't always read text messages aloud.

Really good quality the battery last for hours And you can hear clearly

Wanted to update my headphones and saw these. They are great and fit well in my ears. I am happy to have these. The battery life seems to be about 25% more than the previous headphones.

I brought for my wife. She really liked it. The color is really nice also size and very comfortable to use.

Fit comfortably in my small elf life ears! Sound quality is great. Of course I found my original Gakaxy Buds after purchased...but prefer these!

Use them everyday, great bud and case battery, wonderful sound quality, call quality is best ive had out of many iterations of galaxy and air pods. case fits easily in your pocket. No complaints

I still have them and they're great always take insurance but they are great this is my second pair I lost one it was stolen from my car so I bought another pair but they are excellent recommended

I always have trouble finding ear buds that fit my ears. These fit perfectly! The sound is awesome and the call quality is great! I work in a super and i mean super loud environment but the mics dont pick that up. The other person hears me perfectly without me needing to yell

The Samsung Buds2 Pro are generally satisfactory. Good sound quality, effective noise cancellation, and impressive battery life. Occasional signal loss is a minor issue, but overall, I'm content

These earbuds offer clean lows and crisp high end sounds and are also durable, however it caused me problems here and there where the audio would just stop out of nowhere then continue. I used the earbuds for a while for it’s top of the line sounds, but I couldn’t take the sudden pauses.

These are the best earbuds ive owned. The sound is incredible, bass is super deep... and its really impressive how well the noise cancelling works. Phone calls are super clear even with just one bud in. And they are stable. Samsung has updated the firmware twice since i purchased them.
