They were okay. The only complaint I had was the way they fit in my ears. I returned them because they weren't comfortable. Quality was good.

Only complaints is you still cant track them in the case if you misplace them. Other than that the noise canceling feature is amazing and sound quality is what you expect.

Excellent sound. However can't keep them in ears when active. Never found earbuds that do. Bad ears

They work extremely well on Samsung! I love using them, work in construction and can't hear a thing. Voice Detect is way more effective than on the previous generation

Sound quality is fantastic! All the user controls that you can turn features on and off with. It even syncs with my Samsung watch. I couldn't be happier!

Great earbuds and excellent with on phone calls. The touch takes a bit to learn, but a small draw back.

The noise canceling worked better that the ear foams i used at gun ranges. And the ambient mode can be a little louder than my normal hearing too.

They stopped working on the first week of usage. Then I got them replaced for the new same product. Good product over all with the good sound and connection.

These are a replacement pair my first ones got stolen. I did not look at any other brand. I knew i wanted the same kind. They are the best and fit well in my ears.

They are good overall. The battery life last for about 2 hrs while in use but charge fairly quickly once back in the case. Cute color.

This was a birthday present for my husband. He is a chef and the noises in the back of his kitchen when we talk are uncomfortable. With these earbuds he no longer hears those uncomfortable outside sounds and we can speak clearly. I love that I gave him this gift, because on the other hand I also benefit from it because my ears don't have to listen to the sound of the dishes and kitchen utensils when I talk to him. And once again thanks to Best Buy for their excellent technical support.

One of the major pros of these here is you won't see them unless you're looking for them. I can use one bud at a time, conserving the battery on the other bud as i do, but using both at the same time create an ambient sound. I love the personal settings you can tweak in the app, and the price was excellent compared to some similar Sony buds. My only tiffs with it, tho not major, are when moist does slide out amd if you choose to use both buds at the same time youll only get 6 hrs of play. Great product overallm
