Not a good fit for my ear

The most annoying thing about these buds is when I would go to push the. buds back into my ears it would activate the touch features which became annoying especially while running.

Maybe they'll be comfortable for you maybe not. I wish the companies offered mock ones to tryout. I spend 5 to ten bucks to see how a pair will fit before purchase.

I have been a samsung consumer for the past 15 years and i have been more than happy with all of the products that i hace purchased in the past. But enough of the praise and the love for samsung. I personally have no idea why they would keep on making buds that are hurting so many clients and good loyal costumers ro the brand. I myself have beeen a victim of this matter i have cought an ear infection now twice . I have given samsung buds another chance to be let down and hurt again. I'm not going to step away from the brand but i do hope that improvement get made and this issues get fixed . Thos things have made my ears scab , hurt and bleed . Aside of that this buds soudn great top class technology great spund and response to the touch controls awesome paring to any device including smart tv's with Bluetooth conectivity mid range battety life if you use them heavily the battery will also drain just as fast . Noise cancelation is mote than decent to be honest i love this darn little things and they could easily be 5 stars but they are hurting me and many other peope, SAMSUNG IS TIME FOR YOU AS A COMPANY TO HAVE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY AND DO SOMETHING IN REGAR THIS ISSUE THAT HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS NOW .

I shouldve read reviews first though. They're kind of annoying cause they occasionally fall out and most of the time feel like theyre popping out. Still use them though, i like the touch controls.

They should stick with phones and tvs

Bought them to use with my TV and, when they work, they're pretty good. But the seamless switching between devices is a joke and, on several occasions, I've put them in only to find that I had no usable volume. Some time later, they usually start working okay for no apparent reason. Can't get them to connect to their dedicated app, and Google gave me a laundry list of things I need to try to get them to work. That's too much work to have to do every few weeks, so I guess I'll just have to cut my losses and buy a different brand to replace them.

We appreciate your candor as we strive to make improvements on the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your product for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Galaxy Buds have a quick Bluetooth connection switching feature that allows you to easily connect additional Samsung devices. While using this feature, you can easily switch your Bluetooth connection between multiple devices that have signed into the same Samsung account because the pairing information of the earbuds will be synced to other devices that are using the same Samsung account. No need to pair each device individually. If the earbuds do not connect to your device, the connection pop-up window does not appear, or your device can't find the earbuds, tap and hold both of the touchpads of the earbuds' while wearing them to enter manual Bluetooth pairing mode. Once you have entered the Bluetooth pairing mode, you will hear a sound. Please take note that you will not be able to use this method if you are playing music and you have set the volume adjustment as a preset tap-and-hold feature. If you have multiple Bluetooth audio devices connected to your mobile device, you can use the Media or Devices panel on Android 10 or higher phones to switch connections between the different devices. Galaxy Bud Pro 2

They have a setting on them, i am not sure what its called, but once your done with your call & you hang up, they switch to ambient sound. It allows you to keep the buds in your ears but still able to hear things around you. Its pretty cool

Worked grear from August 2024 of last until the first week of July 2025, then the right one decided to not work right. It sounds hollow and has zero noise canceling. The left works just fine. Very disappointed.
