Folks can hear me even in windy outdoor environments. Sound is ok too, not quite as deep or rich as a pair of Sennheisers, but also a lot less delicate. Had to replace a pair of Momentum 3 True Wireless ear buds that just a) kept breaking and b) had many technical malfunctions. Decided to just stick with the Samsung ecosystem along with my phone.

The sound quality was perfect and they didn't fall out of my ears like Galaxy Buds 3 I just bought 4 days ago no worries heading to best buy to trade them in today
