The only upside is the excellent sound quality (while they are seated in the ear). Although three sizes of tips are provided, none prevent the requirement to constantly push the buds into the ear to prevent them from falling out. If you speak with them in, the jaw movement incrementally jacks them out of the ear in no time at all. Don't chew gum! The other downer is that I had to turn off touch controls due to having to push them back into my ear constantly.

Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Worth It!

The only thing I think could be better is that it took days to get the software ear fit setup complete. Had an error that finally corrected itself. Other than that...awesome sound and noise cancelation.

No problems with them so far. We can't get them or any earbuds to pair with her laptop, but we think it's a laptop issue, not the earbuds.

Great Comfort, Great Sound

The noise cancelling qualities are great too. You can leave them in your ears without sound if you just want to insulate from noisy surroundings.

These are my 2nd pair because my other ones got stolen, I like the feel of the earbuds it fits in the ear just fine which is hard for me to find a good earbuds that fits just right, but one thing I noticed with this pair is that the its loosing the sound quality the right side sounds muffled and the noise cancelling hasnt worked that well recently but it could just be dying from heavy use. Overall I do like these headphones with all the features it holds.
