These earbuds are great, the noice canceling works well and the ambience mode works well also. However, my biggest gripe is there is no multi point bluetooth capability. I use them at work and wish i can use them on my work laptop and switch back to my phone without having to disconnect and reconnect. It's actually a pain when im using them and i get a call on my laptop and have to switch between physical devices instantly.

Got these since I figured Samsung earbuds would work better with my Samsung phone. They do! The noise cancelling works well and they don't fall out of my ears like my old ones.

The sound and fit are amazing. I had beats and a cheaper pair of sony buds and the samsungs are 2x better.

Bought these for my mom and she loves them. She loves how she can connect all her Samsung devices to it. You don’t have to worry about these earbuds falling out.

Good feel, very nice sound quality and battery lasts around 6-7 hours of usage.

Sound great, fit comfortably but unable to sync to my Samsung TV as literature indicated they would sync to a Samsumg TV

Great sounding and easy to use. Very comfortable. Automatically links to all my samsung electronics.

One complaint is that the controls are a kind of a pain. I'm used to the jabra elite 75t (which I loved) having an actual button to push on both ears. These are just tap controls. You have to tap your ears for volume control which is kind of annoying, They sense the vibration which causes the volume to change when I eat crunchy food. Sound quality is good. Noise cancellation is good. Battery life sucks if you keep noise cancellation on a lot.

They work and sound great but my only gripe is that each bud left or right can only serve 1 tap function. On my 1st pair of galaxy buds, both could do okay google, fast fwd, rwd, pause and change songs. Each could also volume up and down as well as turn noise canceling on/off. These can still pause/play music with both but the other functions can only be assigned 1 per bud.

Long lasting battery life excelent sound and bass.

These are the best by far. Great bass, great sound.

I splurged on improved Samsung Buds, but I hoping for another upgrade soon. While the sound is amazing, callers still have issues hearing me, and at times, I have had to get off Bluetooth and put the phone to my face. This edition has great sound for listening but is average for communication.

My wife loves her earbuds, this is the second set shes had after the first pair got lost. As a truck driver, i can tell you the work awesome for phone conversations, as i always hear her clearly and with little back ground noise.
