I am a die-hard Samsung user I've had nothing but Android products. I bought my first pair of these in July 2024 the left earbud went out Feb 2025, just figured I got a bad pair and I didn't get the warranty so bought another pair in March 2025 and the same thing happened July 2025, the left one went out. Very upset. Never again.

Will not stay in my ear longer than 20 minutes. The bulbous bit makes it slide directly out of my ear with minimal use and theres absolutely nothing to anchor it like wingflaps. I got them to replace my buds+ because those are no longer available but they are genuinely an awful experience. The features are good, syncs up well and can do cool things with surround sound and whatnot but all of that is rendered moot by their god awful shape and physical design. Massive step backwards in design in my opinion.

These earbuds are absolutely fantastic! The sound quality is incredibly crisp and clear, with just the right amount of bass to make music truly enjoyable. I'm especially impressed with the comfortable fit; they stay securely in my ears even during workouts, and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. The galaxy buds 2 pro pack a lot of punch into a small package. As seen in the pics, the case is quite small and quite slim. The matte rubbery finish gives good grip and looks good as well. You can charge with USB-C or wirelessly. Since I have a galaxy S20 FE, I can use the phone to wirelessly top up the case. They are very quick to charge, even wirelessly and last quite a while. I have them in almost all day during work and every few days I give them a quick top up if I'm near my various wireless pads around the house or if I have a cable nearby Set up is easy, as soon as I opened the lid, my phone and laptop both picked them up and wanted me to confirm pairing. When they connect you get a popup showing the charge left in the case and the buds. Very handy to give a heads up when it's time to top up Audio quality is great. Calls come in very clear and the other side hears me really well. They can't tell I was using them vs my headset. Controls are easy to use. Single tap for pause/play, double for skip, triple for previous. I tend to often use only one bud at a time so I can pay attention to others working of needed, and what is great about these is that the commands are the same on both sides. Other sets usually have different controls on either side (ie left is previous/vol down, right is next/vol up) which is annoying when using 1 bud. You can volume control as well, but you have to go into the wearable app and go to lab. In there you'll find the volume enable. Don't like how buried it was. Part of the reason I only keep one bud in, is company policy at work, especially when walking around. Though when I'm sitting I like to put both in because the ANC is fantastic. Blocks out pretty much everything. Ambient is good too, I can hear what's around me clearly, incase I need to be paying attention Fitment is ok. It keeps slipping out of my left ear. I imagine it is something is wrong with my one ear, it may be too shallow where the bud sits. Given how low profile these are, it doesn't sit as well as other styles/brands. However it's only a real issue when I'm doing something active. For those times I'll use a cheaper set that sits better but I don't mind getting knocked around. I'll daily drive these when I'm sitting around.

Galaxybuds + were better in terms of more functionality personalisation on ios device this one probably works good on android not much functional on ios

There really good headphones, ive had em for over a year and they still sound brand new. Battery still good, they connect right as you open the case. The touch to pause or go in and out of sound proofing is a little touchy though. Besides that i would recommend them. The jump from raycon headphones to these was worth the price.

I purchased Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. Sound is very good, clear and strong. Noise cancel works nice, I don’t hear outside much. Fit is small and soft, not hurt my ear. Battery is good too. I talk on phone, music play good. But touch sometimes not work right. Best with Samsung phone.

Samsung never disappoints with great quality products. I enjoy using these ear buds when i am work which are comfortable and reliable to work. The audio quality is amazing. The charge is great on hours to work. Exquisite craftsmanship. I extremely enjoy the wireless charging. 10 out of 10.

I have purchased 3 of these. One was for my wife who had never owned any type of ear buds and she was so impressed with them. I used my first one so much that the right ear bud, which I used probably over 90% of time, stopped holding a charge. I used both at the same time mainly at the gym or or doing the 8 - 9 hours of yard work every 10 days - 2 weeks about 8 months a year and about 1 a month the other 4. I ordered a replacement right bud and am now using those for the gym and outside. I also started alternating the buds for use so that I wouldn't wear out just one. I purchased another new one to use inside, where the temperature is controlled and I am not sweating, to keep the moisture out of them. I also let my old ones dry now by taking them out of the case when I get inside the house to let them dry any moisture out. The 3 different sizes of rubber covers allow you to pick the one that fits your ear the best to get the best sound and they are better made than any of the previous buds I have owned - about 8 different makes. For me, these type of buds do better than the ones that hang down. I would get leakage of noise with those. We love them and will continue to buy them.

Well worth the wait. Huge upgrade from my old buds+. I heard that the previous pro model had fitment issues, but the new pro2's fit perfectly, and snug. The ANC has gotten much better, though when activated it does make your ears feel like they are sorta under pressure, but it's a mild feeling. The pass-through audio is much cleaner and clearer; it's possible to have an actual conversation with someone and hear them perfectly without taking out the headphones. Will get small audio disturbances from wind depending on wind direction when pass-through audio is used but it's too be expected with outboard microphones. Overall audio quality is great as well. Deep thumping bass and clean treble that are well balanced, and Max volume is pretty loud without ANC. All that mixed with 8hrs of battery life, best d*mn headphones I've had in a while.

For the audiophiles, its a great product. Sound quality, atmos and spatial sound are amazing. Battery life is really long. Connectivity is without a hitch. And the touch features for calls and videos start stop are great! Recommended.

They are good but trying to use the volume up and down on the ear buds is a bit hard for me and i dont know if its just me though but thats my only concern. And having almost complete noise canceling is a huge thing i was really wanting. The ear buds i had was causeing ear sores and discomfort. These eliminated that issue. Plus they are truly comfortable. Plus you can do a ear fitting test with each set of ear inserts with these to make sure you get the best fit and thats also really nice. The price is a bit on the higher end but with these your paying a high price for a lot of good customization with them.
