Great earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little apprehensive about these because of the price. I will say that the features make up for the cost. They sound great and have a low end punch. I wish they went a bit louder though. They are comfortable for wearing them for an extended period of time and with all the features make them a great addition to your Samsung phone. They pair up almost instantly amd have different settings for noise cancelation, ambient or neither. They also have voice detection so if someone talks to you they will automatically turn down whatever your listening to so you can hear them.

Samsung phone? Buy these instead of Sony.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dropped the Sony - WF-1000XM4 True Wireless for these. These were way more comfortable, and because I have a Samsung device the features in the Wearables app are icing on the cake. I never write reviews, but these are bass heavy how I like them. Don't hurt my ears at all with the original tips. Despite the bass, music is clear. I'm hearing things in songs that I've listened to for years that I've never heard before. I love them.

Came and functions as expected!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've purchased many BT buds in the past, all range in price from 40$ to 80$. someone said pay the extra for this pro series and i'm glad I did! Best sound ever. Most comfortable ever, I almost never want to take them off. true to color as pictured here (if that matters to you). Battery life of the case and the buds is great (will have to see with age tho) and both charge in no time. The price was rough when they first dropped but has since come down a bit. They pair up great. No waiting for them to "find each other". Pretty cool functions, and if you don't like the functions, like me, you can turn them off just use your phone or galaxy watch instead. Easy to clean (case & the buds), both wipe off easy. I would buy again, but my hope is that they're quality holds up for a very long time so that I won't have to.

Solid bass Stay in my ears Pair easily and and are very easy to manage in native app (I am using a Samsung phone). You can HEAR why they cost more than other buds. The quality of sound is evident. Easy to get in and out of case Good battery life. Bluetooth solid even at a longer range

Upgraded from buds+
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro with is an impressive product. I am picky when it comes to the comfort and fit of earbuds. The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 fit snugly in my ears, are comfortable, and the noise cancellation feature works well. They sit snugly in the charging case as well. I found them simple to pair with my phone. The sound quality is crisp and clear, whether listening to music or taking a phone call. The battery life is great, lasting up to five hours of continuous playtime with ANC on. The Bluetooth 5.3 wireless range is excellent. The water resistance is an impressive feature, although I have not yet tried it and hopefully, I never will. Still, it is nice to know that these are water resistant in the event I get caught in the rain while out walking.

Very satisfied
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very satisfied with the overall quality. Sound is very very good specially the bass. The buds stay firmly in my ear. The touch method for pausing the music or putting a next one is sometimes bugy but In 80% of the case works perfectly. And the battery life is long enough. Would recommend to buy the product.

Good Buds, But There Are Better Options
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are decent little buds. They're small, have good audio quality, and a good selection of features. Their only problem is the fact that the Sony WF-1000XM4 buds exist. For reference, I own a pair of Sony XM4 buds, but I had to send mine in for a warranty repair. I decided to get the Buds 2 Pro while I wait for mine to arrive. Audio quality is really good and I actually prefer it compared to the Sony’s. It has nice bass, the mids are well defined, and the treble sounds good. Unless you're a hardcore audiophile, you will be perfectly satisfied by the sound quality. Additionally, you can use Samsung's wearable app to customize the sound to some extent. You're limited to only presets, sadly, and you can't customize the EQ to your liking. Still better than nothing, I guess. Battery life is pretty decent, with Samsung claiming you can get between 5 and 8 hours on the buds on a single charge with ANC on or off respectively. The case recharges through USB type C and supports wireless charging. Unfortunately, the buds have two big problems for me. The first one is size. Because they are so small and because of their half round shape, the buds are very difficult to manipulate and put inside your ears. There's just not much to grab onto and it's very easy to accidentally activate the touch controls. Admittedly, it's not a huge problem, but it is pretty annoying. The Sony XM4 buds, by comparison, are a bit bigger and easier to handle. By far the biggest problem is the terrible transparency mode. in case you didn't know, transparency mode uses the microphones to pick up the outside sound so you can hear it through the buds without having to remove them. It is an extremely useful feature, and I actually use it more than noise cancelling. On the Buds 2 Pro, however, it sounds like you're hearing the world through a dollar store radio. Seems like only mid frequencies go through, leaving the outside world sounding very distorted and unpleasant. I found that my own voice sounded very annoying. By comparison, Transparency mode on the Sony XM4 buds sounded very natural, to the point where I sometimes forgot I was even wearing them. In my opinion, transparency mode on the Buds 2 Pro is completely unusable, which is why I knocked the rating down to three stars. It is one of the main feature of this class of buds and it is completely unusable on these. Even worse, the Sony buds also provide better sound customizability and better battery life. So in short, while the Samsung Buds 2 Pro Have good battery life and great audio quality, other buds have better features and customizability while still providing excellent audio quality. Because of this, I find it hard to recommend the Buds 2 Pro unless they are significantly cheaper than the competition.

Great Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound quality, and comfortable enough to sleep in. Touch controls are nice and I've had no issues with any phonecalls on these. Battery life is decent if not using noise cancelling or ambient sound. I can't definitively say they're 100% worth the extra $170 or so from knockoff earbuds, but I don't regret the purchase either.

Galaxy buds2 pro is the best
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've bought a few bootleg type ear buds from online cheapo sites, Big mistake!! Never again, stick with name brands. I'm excited about these buds 2 pro. Calls are clear and callers on the other end can hear me and can't tell the difference whether I'm using the phone or the buds, with the crapbuds I sounded muffled. These are clear and heavy on bass and you can customize the sound with the samsung phone as well. They charge fast too. A 5min quick charge gets you an hour of use, which is mind blowing. It gets better, if you happen to forget your bud charger you can charge your buds with your Galaxy phone using the power share feature. That's double mind blowing. TEAM SAMSUNG!!!!!!!

Super Amazing. Worth Every Cent.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the most expensive and the best ear buds I have ever purchased. A Tmobile rep told me to get these when I got a new phone last year. I use earbuds and headphones a lot when I workout or shop so I figured these weere worth the investment. I got them on sale, but after using these for a while Id be willing to pay full price. The sound quality is really good. They're pretty easy to use too. They are noise cancelling and when you want them to be. They also have aware mode. You control these through an app. They also have touch sensors to answer calls or to switch your music and stuff. But if you don't want to use that it gives you an option to turn it off which is awesome! The battery life also lasts forever. I can use these for a couple weeks with multiple hour long gym sessions before needing to charge them again.

Perfectly Does what it does and more
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have been waiting for these earbuds since they came out and finally got them recently and ive been more than happy with my experience. I use them constantly and being fully integrated into the Samsung Ecosystem makes the experience of having them 10x better. They seemlessly connect to my phone or even my watch before i even have them out of the case. Walking to work is so much better since i walk on a bisy street theres tons of noise and with the Noise Cancelation active i barely hear a thing anymore. I couldnt even hear a motorcycle go right past me, only thing i felt was the vibrations. Another amazing thing is was the size of them. Their so much smaller than any other earbud ive ever had and still fit snug in my ears without slip or slide. The case is small and compact so you can easily put them somewhere tight and secure. I would highly recommend these earbuds to anyone and even more so if your part of the Ecosystem.

Decent Earbuds, Lacking In Some Places
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to preface that I enjoy Samsung products quite a bit, and have owned different versions of the Buds. While these are a standout improvement from their first model, they are lacking in some features that previous models did better. However, that should not detract from their quality. SOUND QUALITY - Excellent. Sound quality is on par with other premium Bluetooth headphones. However, some of their previous models had better balancing out of the box. BATTERY LIFE - Servicable, could be better. My biggest gripe with these headphones is their battery capacity. I feel they are on par with the original Buds, which last roughly 4 hours if you are lucky. This is a major downgrade from the previous model of Buds I owned, the Buds+. I could easily get 6 hours from the Buds+. I mostly wear earbuds at work and find myself waiting to put these in until the last second to try and get as much battery life out of them. Even then, the battery will occasionally get so low they start to beep at me to charge them before I can return to the office. The saving grace is how much charge the case can hold. Previous models only had a fraction of the battery capacity this case has, and it charges the Buds much faster. A quick 15-minute charge can get me at least 30-40 minutes of use. I do think that the reason these die so quickly is because of the active noise cancellation feature. I have it on almost constantly when previous models did not need to use it to block sound. ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION - Good, at what cost? While I believe this feature eats up a lot of battery life, it's well done. It mutes sound effectively and has an almost tranquilizing feel to the sound that does leak in. It's hard to describe, but the buzzing and whirring of a mechanical room disappear, unlike with traditional earplugs that only mask it. That being said, the Active Noise Cancellation is REQUIRED if you want to block out noise. Unlike previous models, that would passively block out noise, the Buds2 Pro tends to leak in a lot of noise when it is off. This also encourages the user to use Active Noise Cancellation (which eats up the battery) to get a proper listening experience. Older models got around this by using passive noise cancellation; I could wear them like earplugs whether they had a charge or not. They also saved battery life by not having to run Active Noise Cancellation the entire time. PASSTHROUGH - Good. It works and is a little louder than previous models. I don't really take that as a good or bad thing, since it allows me to talk to people just as effectively as older models did. FIT - Servicable, could be better. I really miss the old interchangeable rubber fins the previous Buds models had, as it allowed for a better fit than just the ear-tips. These fit alright but aren't nearly as snug as the Buds with interchangeable fins. Samsung really dropped the ball, when they removed this feature. CONNECTIVITY - Great, with some hiccups. Connectivity is great, has good range and walls don't really mess with sound quality or range too much. However, sometimes the Buds are not on the same page and will play at different volumes briefly. I've also had an incident where one bud had passthrough enabled while the other had Active Noise Cancellation enabled - it's only happened once though. OTHER FEATURES - Neat These buds bring in something called "Voice Detect," which will automatically detect your voice, lower the volume of what you are listening to, and enable passthrough. This lets you have a conversation with a person, hands-free. It's useful for short conversations, however, it disables itself whenever you stop talking for a certain amount of time. This means that Active Noise Cancellation will turn back on if you don't speak again within that specific amount of time. It becomes annoying when you are trying to listen to somebody speak to you for longer than some odd amount of seconds, and the Buds think your conversation is over. Voice Detect will also sometimes enable whenever I cough or yawn - however, you can go back to your music early by tapping one of the Buds. The other feature this brings to the table is 360 Audio. I have not found an application this works with quite yet, but I figured I would mention it if it intrigued anyone.

Well worth the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Compared to my previous earbuds (Sony WF C700N)...well, there's no comparison. They beat my old Sony's in every way. The sound and features are great, fit and comfort are good, and battery life is good enough for me. While I can understand the battery life might not suit some people, I don't wear mine 24/7 like some people do. The noise cancelling was far better than my old Sony's. Works seemlessly with my Samsung phone. All in all it was well worth the price.

Great value.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were on sale for $100. Better value at the sale price than other earbuds at the same price. Noice cancelling is very good. Sounds quality is very good. You can get better but it comes at a much higher price. I like how they fit in your ear and don't protrude out. Keeps them from getting pulled out if something rubs against your ear. The case is very compact. The size of the case makes it easy to keep them with me all the time. I didn't mind keeping them in my pocket. Battery life is so so. I never use them for more than 2hrs at a time. I think the small size restricts battery capacity. So if you're using them for 5 to 6 hours at a time.... You might want to have a back up pair of earbuds to tag in.

Great earbuds for Samsung users!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these for my boyfriend who works from home. He had tired various other brands and these are by far his favorite! Comfort = 10 Stylish = 10 He really enjoys that within the app you can change from ambient or noise cancelling. They pair really seamlessly with his Samsung phone. His only complaint it that they do not allow for you to be very far from the device you are listening on. Can't make it across our apartment without the noise "crackling".
