So disappointed.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had these buds for less than six months. Left earbud volume began to diminish 3 months in. Finally went out for good after 5 months. This is my second pair and both did the same thing. I used them for running only. I will be purchaisng a different brand next time.

Product needs to re-evaluted and revised.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought them, they worked for the first usage, then less than a week later began to connect and disconnect back and forth every few seconds. Took them back for troubleshooting. Was advised by Geek Squad to return them and get a new pair since I was still within 30 days. Second pair did the exact same thing, worked the first time, after that continously connected and disconnected. Don't waste your time and money.

Posted .Salutations LeannB, thanks for taking the available time out of your busy day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds disconnect from your phone often, it may be due to a poor Bluetooth connection or because you are wearing the earbuds incorrectly. You should check that the earbuds are properly inserted into your ears, that your Bluetooth connection is secure, and that your earbuds' software is up to date. Be sure to glance over, "Galaxy Buds won't stay connected to phone" for some helpful troubleshooting steps you can do unassisted. Make sure to use the earbuds and your device within 30 feet of each other. The distance may vary depending on the environment and your phone model. Avoid using the device near obstructions that can block the Bluetooth signal, such as walls, routers, electrical equipment, or electromagnetic waves. Feel free to reach out to Samsung Support if you have any additional feedback to share with us or if you would like further assistance. We're always here to help you in any way that we can! Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

The best earbuds I have ever used.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro are an excellent choice for those looking for good, noise-canceling earbud headphones, especially if you have a Samsung phone. These are probably the best of this type I have ever used. The small graphite case is similar to other Samsung earbud headphone cases, except it has a matte finish. The case itself can be used for charging either through USB-C or via wireless charging. Out of the box, there's a not a lot to do other than charge or change the tips. Fit was perfect for me out of the box: snug but not too tight. Samsung says they are smaller than the previous Pro model, and I do think these fit (and sound) better. The earbuds feature IPX7 water resistance, so you do have some protection against sweat and light rain. The only knock I have against these--and it's not enough to take away a star--is that using them with the Galaxy Wear app requires a TON of privacy permissions that I normally don't like to give. You may or may not be bothered by them, but know they are there. Some of them are necessary for the features these have, but aren't strictly necessary for just listening to music. Other than that, there are a ton of cool features with these. The noise canceling is really well done--even in a semi-noisy office environment it filtered it out well. I haven't flown with these but I would imagine they'd do well. The conversation mode that detects your voice and turns off the ANC and lowers the volume worked perfectly. The 360 audio mode was, for me, subtle. It worked better for some content than others. Given how small they are, the "Find My Earbuds" feature is also helpful. Another great feature was the fit test, which sends a test tone which presumably then uses the microphones to monitor to tell if you have them fitted properly. It detected my right earbud needed adjustment. Since a good fit is key to having good sound and ANC, this is a very welcome feature. Sonically, these were great. The preset "normal" default is flat, and I mainly stuck to that or the "Dynamic" preset (which ups the bass and treble). "Dynamic" was better for bass for me than the bass boost preset, which sacrificed too much mid and upper range. Listening to everything from classical to rock to dynamic movies sounded very clear and impressive. If you have a Samsung phone (that meets certain hardware requirements) and subscribe to a streaming service that has a hifi audio option, this will output 24-bit audio. Spotify, alas, does not yet offer that, so I was unable to test that. But it's a nice bonus for those in the Samsung ecosystem. Overall, these are the best earbuds I have used. They were, for me, also the most comfortable. I think these are good for anybody, but especially for those with Samsung phones. Great ANC, excellent sonic quality, and a host of other great features make these worthy of taking a serious look at.

Posted .Aloha VictorG, thanks for taking the available time out of your busy day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. We appreciate your honesty as we strive to provide the best products on the market to our customers while we remain committed to constant innovation. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most unforgettable experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, feel free to contact Samsung Support. Poor and painful fit, and less features
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These state of the art earbuds were very disappointing. They didnt fit right in my ears, despite making certain i was putting them in right, and despite changing out the size of the little rubber ear thing. They hurt to be in my ears, and would start to work themselves out of my ear when doing something as simple as talking or chewing. It somehow has less features than my original galaxy buds. Samsung needs to do better.

Not worth the price for the "cool" features
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn't stay in your ears, the adaptive sound kicks in when using for phone calls or voice chat programs so you can't hear the other people. It needs to be able to turn off but not revert to a $40 wireless headphones where it hears everything when turned off. Samsung had a mod back when the Note 7 came out with a small wing, it's still going strong and out doing all its current models.

A winner that deserves to be your daily driver
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is a winner in the world of true wireless ear buds. It’s smaller and lighter than the previous generation of galaxy buds pro. The design is attractive and not boring looking. Most importantly, they are quite comfortable to wear so you can spend hours using them. Of course, fitting may vary from one person to another, but they should fit pretty well so you can take them for some running. The buds also got some water-proof rating, so using them when raining shouldn’t be a problem. In terms of features, these buds offer a lot and sits at the top end of true wireless ear buds. The buds offer ANC, which work quite well as long as they fit in your ears pretty nicely. Call quality when ANC on is ok. The buds also offer ambient mode so you can be aware more of your surroundings. The case can be charged wirelessly, and you can even wirelessly charge these directly from supported galaxy phone. There’s also 360 spatial audio mode with head tracking that simulates audio in 360 degrees environment, however, this feature is a bit more gimmicky than something you would enjoy immensely. You can control some of the features of the buds from your android phone. Battery is rated to last up to 5 hours with ANC on and up to 8 hours with ANC off, which basically is what you’d be getting with other high-end earbuds. Now on to the sound quality, which I think is the most important selling point of these ear buds. They sound excellent. The sound signature is designed by AKG, which is one of the biggest brands in the world of audio equipment. They should not disappoint, well perhaps unless you’re an audiophile that prefers specific sound signature. I personally prefer to use over ear headphone when I’m listening to music extensively, however, these buds’ audio quality can compete with other high end ear buds from any major brand. Samsung even made 24-bit audio transmission possible when paired with supported galaxy phone and using appropriate app. I’m using galaxy Z fold 3 and I’m already pretty impressed of how the phone handles the codec. There is no way to verify that the 24 bit audio is working, however, when it works the sound quality should sound a bit better. Personally, even without the 24-bit audio capabilities say that you are pairing these buds with your iPad, these buds should still sound great. So, with the excellent audio quality and many features they offer, these buds deserve to be your daily driver.
