    It fell off from my ear all the time and when I hold the. To prevent them to fall I always hang up a phone call.

In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test.     Less than 30 days of using this product the left side of the earbud die on me. Best Buy was able to get me a new set hopefully this one doesn't die on me as well

    The earbuds have nothing to grab on to when inserting in the ear or removing them so they are difficult to handle and I have dropped them a few times already.

    Every time I connect to my Samsung phone and make a call it disconnects and refuses to stay connected for more than a second no matter what settings I set it to.

    I read about these, and purchased them at my local BB. The sound of these is amazing. I had a pair of Jabre that I really liked, and I prefer the Jabre hard switches within each bud as controls as opposed to the Bud2 P{ro touch controls. But the sound qualify of the Biud2 Pro genuinely exceeds that of my former buds across multiple music genres. Bass is solid, but so are the mid-range sounds, the distin ctive sounds and instruments that emerge (especially in music I have heard many times). The mid-highs and highs are almost piercing, not brash, just clear and powerful. I also love the way these integrate with the Wearables app on my Galaxy S22. These buds will sound good on anything, I have no doubt, but they go work well with Samsung devices. They are very comfortable. I was worried, as the default ear tubes felt pretty bad, but I installed the largest of the batch, and they fit just perfect. These are very comfortable, and do not protrude so much. The noise concellation, controlled by the Wearable app on my phone works quite well. I have had no trouble with connectdions. I listen to music, a phone call comes in, I answer, the music automatically stops, then call ends, and the music automatically starts back up. Great. I didn't have to learn anything, it just lhappened automatically. I am still learning how to use these, the more subtle features and commands, and trying to get fluent on the basic commands. I'm enjoying the procless. The bottom line: theses sound really good. I am very plelased with my purchase, and I'm gload I purchased when I did, this past Monday, because they were 169US, and now they are 239US.

    The earbuds doesnt stay in the ear. They fall out very easily regardless of the size ear tips.

    Just like the first generation, these ear buds caused an ear infection. I wish samsung would go back to their old materials..
