Wasnt a fan of any type of earbuds growing up. This is my 1st pair of earbuds that I own. I must say they are comfortable and sleek looking. They sound great. Worth the price i paid.I love them!

My original Airpods were getting old and could no longer hold battery life. I used them for my work computer, Zoom meetings, and my Iphone before I purchased a Galaxy S22 Ultra. Since switching to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro I now realize that I was missing out on a metric TON of sound quality and quality of life improvements. The audio sounds crystal clear compared to the Apple earbuds. On top of that, it syncs much more seamlessly with Windows and Android. If you have an Android phone or use your earbuds on a Windows computer I would recommend these 10 times over Apple's product.

Purchased these to replace an older version of Galaxy buds. The noise cancelling is good, as well as a sound quality. Battery life is much better than my previous versions.

I absolutely love these. The soft comfortable fit is great and sound quality awesome. It was easy to connect to all my devices too with no problem. I had the buds2 and these are definitely an upgrade. The plus factor for me was its my favorite color too lol

Love these. The sound is great and they stay charged for a while. The only downside is that they do slide out of your ears sometimes. There is an option to find them with your phone so if you do lose them they are easy to find.

Previous generation headphones were better. Pro: -This one has better volume level/sounds quality (except the bass sucks). Cons: -The fit is worse and doesnt come with adjustable rubber peices. -The case stopped charging before the warrenty but i was told it wasn't covered, so now im back to using the old ones (unless i use my husbands working case to charge my buds). -OH and the battery capacity is bad too. They last me about 1 work day before i have to charge again. The last generation was about 3 days. Hoping the 3rd gen is better!

Upgraded from the original Galaxy Buds, overall happy with the battery life and fit, however I find they have a bit more sibilance than the predecessor. You can adjust EQ to alleviate the issue but I find it odd they have so much to begin with when the predecessor didn't.

The sound quality is absolutely amazing! Not to mention the head tracking and noise cancelling make the listening experience way more immersive when listening in loud environments, but above all else the fact that you can still have a conversation with both earbuds in and hear the other person is incredible! I highly recommend these earbuds for those who like to listen to your music and be unbothered. If you want to get the full experience with these then you will need a samsung to control the features, but they will pair to other devices via bluetooth.

Great sound quality. Fit in my small ears way better then other ear pods. Love these!

Been enjoy these earbuds for awhile now. This is my second pair that I have boyght. Only bought these due to my old pair finally died. Bought these have been working great with my Samsung phone and audio is good. Did try the newer version but they did not hold up well and broke after a few uses.

These are great esr buds! I have a Samsung phone and watch it pairs well and easily. The sound is clear and the ear buds fit nicely in my ear. I recommend them and purchasing them from Best Buy!

I bought these to sleep in as i have trouble falling asleep in a noisy household. The noise cancelling is amazing, sound quality very impressive. Theyre small enough that you can lay on a pillow with little to no discomfort.

far more comfortable than my old galaxy buds. they sound better as well. love these things! they dont do that stupid interference crap like the old ones
