The features are lacking though. She hardly uses them anymore, but when she does she absolutely needs them for crowded rooms. Noise cancelling isn't nearly as good as the AirPod Pro 2, and there's no "background sound" (like the Rain and Stream) to play along with the music to help block out even more noise. She manages to get them to stay in her ears but they're not as secure as the Apple competitive model. Battery life is good though.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. The only upside is the excellent sound quality (while they are seated in the ear). Although three sizes of tips are provided, none prevent the requirement to constantly push the buds into the ear to prevent them from falling out. If you speak with them in, the jaw movement incrementally jacks them out of the ear in no time at all. Don't chew gum! The other downer is that I had to turn off touch controls due to having to push them back into my ear constantly.
