Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. The headphones work perfectly and they stay charged for a long time. The charging case keeps them charged for days. I would recommend them to everyone!

If you can spring for it get some foam tips, they feel more comfortable than the silicone ones. But that's a preference.

However the ANC and Sound quality can be improved to reqch the airpod pros or XM5 of sony. They work great along with my S24Ultra

Then work great, mainly use them for talking on the phone. Nice and loud. Very clear, nobody complaining about background noise. Can walk about 100ft away from phone, and still has good connection.

I love that the ear buds have two layers of wax protection making them easy to clean and protecting additionally from sweat during workouts. The only complaint I really have is the fit isnt 100% perfect, but they have mever fallen out, and when I go to adjust them I can easily hit the touch buttons and pause my music.
