They were easy to pair and they feel comfortable in the ear. However, it’s a little complicated on figuring out how to hang up on a call but the clarity is very good.

It happens randomly and I have no clue if there is something that causes it.

Great Comfort, Great Sound

The noise cancelling qualities are great too. You can leave them in your ears without sound if you just want to insulate from noisy surroundings.

I am able to connect in my dell laptop too and use to talk on the treams and zoom calls too. So I can use this in my phone and in the laptop too.
