They also can fall out of your ear. The sound quality is decent and they can cancel out noise; however, don’t wear them if you are doing yard work because they vibration in the ear can get loud.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Galaxy Buds are versatile, wireless earbuds that can connect to several devices so you can get your audio your way. Whether you want to connect them to a phone, tablet, PC, TV, or even a smart watch, they have you covered. They can be used for streaming music and podcasts as well as making and managing phone calls. You can also switch the connection between other devices in your home using the Galaxy Wearable app or Bluetooth settings. Take a moment to review, "How to connect your Galaxy Buds" if you would like more information on connecting your Buds2 Pro. If your Buds2 Pro aren't fitting correctly, you can simply swap the earbud tips and/or wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal. This will improve the microphone’s performance and provide a stronger sound. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Otherwise, the sound is better than the phone unless you are outdoors on a windy day. Why should our headphones pick up SO much ambient sound? I'm planning to switch to the over-the-ear type, so they won't fall off.

However, my biggest gripe is there is no multi point bluetooth capability. I use them at work and wish i can use them on my work laptop and switch back to my phone without having to disconnect and reconnect. It's actually a pain when im using them and i get a call on my laptop and have to switch between physical devices instantly.
