They're great but need to improve on real life UX

However, my biggest gripe is there is no multi point bluetooth capability. I use them at work and wish i can use them on my work laptop and switch back to my phone without having to disconnect and reconnect. It's actually a pain when im using them and i get a call on my laptop and have to switch between physical devices instantly.

The sound is great when streaming shows or movies. I really like this set.

Otherwise, the sound is better than the phone unless you are outdoors on a windy day. Why should our headphones pick up SO much ambient sound? I'm planning to switch to the over-the-ear type, so they won't fall off.

Also if you are like me and wear only one at a time, be aware that ambient sound only works when you have both inserted.
