The only downfall would be that the case has to be open in order to "find my buds" but thats on the software, not really the item. Theyre super comfortable to wear and i even fall asleep with them in because theyre so light and comfy i forget theyre in my ears!

It is hard to figure out where the touch zones are. I had a lower priced earbud that worked perfectly. These are quirky. They connect to my phone sometimes and other times they won't connect when I attempt to manually connect them . I regret buying these. My old beats earbuds cost less and worked flawlessly. SMH!!!!!!!

Worked grear from August 2024 of last until the first week of July 2025, then the right one decided to not work right. It sounds hollow and has zero noise canceling. The left works just fine. Very disappointed.

She likes how long they maintain a charge and the active noise canceling. Sound is pretty good and the fitment is ok. She can't quite find the perfect fit between the smallest cushions and the mid sized ones.

The Buds2 Pro have better active noise canceling and their size is better. Everything else about them is worse than the Buds Pro. Sound quality is better on the Buds Pro, ambient amplification is better on the Buds Pro, battery life is better on the Buds Pro.

They really stand out. The noise canceling has improved as well. Since I have longer hair my regular head phones like to fall off sometimes.
