We have never had an issue with them. They stay charged for a long time, considering how much music she listens to. Would recommend.

The Samsung Wear app allows a lot of configuration. I wasn't expecting such a large increase in sound quality from my previous Galaxy Buds +. The bass response is especially nice.

Elite Sound But Unfortunately Overrated

They also dropped connectivity often when connected to other devices without any Bluetooth interference.

Othee than that, im in love with these earphones and not just because the color. You have so much control over these earphones and the audio quality is just simply amazing. Noise cancelation is a beast as well

Noise Canceling only muffles the sound little. They fit small ears only. I was bent over a bench curling 25lbs and the left one fell out. Later the other one fell out as well. The sound quality was that of a cheap TV soundbar. I will be returning these and use overhear headphones for my workouts from now on.

Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most unforgettable experiences while using our products. The left and right Buds2 Pros can be assigned different shortcuts. Here's how: 1. From Galaxy Wearable, tap Touch controls > Touch and hold., 2. Tap an option to set the touch controls for each earbud: * Switch noise controls (default): Activate the noise canceling or ambient sound features. * Voice command: Say commands to change settings on your earbuds. * Volume up or Volume down: The right earbud is volume up, and the left is volume down. Once one has been set, the other will automatically update to the volume control option. You are correct, ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) can quiet unwanted background noise and ambient sounds. In regard to fit, ensure the earbud tips are attached to your Buds2 Pro before wearing. Then insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal for comfort and optimal sound. Better than the others

These fit good and does not leave my ears hurting after an hour or two of wearing.

And it took some trial and error getting them set up. Now that I've use them I love the clarity and ease of using them.

The noise canceling is great, the sound is great. Definitely worth the price you will not be disappointed.
