Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Please take a moment to review, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your Buds2 Pro. You may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. You'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Take a look at, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" when you have some free time for more great information pertaining to getting that perfect fit. Additionally, the Intelligent Active Noise Cancellation minimizes even the loudest sounds, allowing you to focus on what matters most. When you want to engage in in-person conversations, switching modes is easy with Intelligent Conversation Mode, which utilizes voice detection. We noted your concerns about not being able to keep the buds from falling out. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you're wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbuds settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test.
