BUT I had to return them because they kept falling out of my ears. I saw reviews from other people mentioning the same issue on different sites, but I just assumed they had bigger ears. Definitely not the case, LOL. I consider my ears to be average-sized, maybe even smaller than average. I even tried changing the ear tips for a better fit, but still had no success. It also sucks because as the buds start to fall out, your first instinct is to catch them. The only part you can quickly and securely grab is where the call end touch control is, so I kept accidentally ending my calls while trying to catch the buds as they fell. For reference, I’ve purchased other Samsung earbuds in the past, like the Buds FE and Buds Live, and those were great with no issues.

Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. No complaints. I have noticed the speach during phone calls might be a bit distant, but have not completely validated.

I did receive an incorrect product earlier but the support staff at Best Buy did help in sorting things out there. They were helpful and assisted in the process.

Loved them until I tried Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Swapped out tips for foam, like on the Airpods. The Samsung fit snug in your ears and the sound is amazing

I just bought a new galaxy phone and thought they would pair perfectly together. Unfortunately in my case the Galaxy Buds ended up being incredibly painful to wear. I couldnt wear them for more than 5 minutes and when I took them out of my ears they were bright red where the buds had been rubbing. I returned them. They still get two stars from me because the sound quality was great, the case was small, and the app was easy to use. If they hadn't been so painful I would have kept them.
