We understand that you are happy with everything with these Buds except the fit. The Buds should come with an extra bud tip that should be a different size. We recommend trying out the other tip and see if those are more comfortable. Follow these steps on how to properly wear your Buds2. Before wearing, ensure the earbud tips are attached. Insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal for comfort and optimal sound. Adjust by rotating if needed and consider different sizes for the best seal. They have so many features that I use A LOT. My favorite is the "ambient sound" feature, I can hear everything around me even when I'm on a call or listening to music.
