    These headphones are great. Bought them for a back up for the mrs but she uses these instead of the ipods

    I would not recommend purchasing these, if in the past, earbuds continuosly fell out of your ear. They constantly fall out no matter what ear bud size you use. Also, the right piece stopped working after 4 uses. It no longer charged or synced. I tried it with other earbud charging ports and it still never charged or synced.

    The only problem I have with this product (Maybe it's just my earbuds) is that people have a hard time hearing me when I'm using the earbuds for phone calls. It has been countless of times I used it and people can't hear me or I sound muffled like I'm under water. This is the 2nd pair of Samsung Buds Pro that I have purchased with the same issue

If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds Pro, or Gear IconX earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro gives you up to 8 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds.     These Pods sync well with Samsung phones. Problem when you use other phones such as oneplus but its nothing to do with these pods but more of samsung.
