    Amazing, 1st buds haven’t quite figured out how controls work completely but sounds great listening to music. Was disappointed that only connect to TV’s 2022 and later. Had just bought 2 large Samsung TV’s year before.

    The headphones work, and they do sounds good, but not as good as they should be with the price tag they have. The sound quality is poorer compared to JBL active headphones which were more than $100 less. Also, I had been wearing these upside down for a while which was comfortable and blocked all outside noise. I found out during a phone call (because they headphonea constantly disconnected) that they were upside down. NOW, right side up they do not feel comfortable and do not block outside sound nearly as well. If you're reading this and considering another brand, I would highly recommend you go with the other brand. My old Bose earbuds were light years ahead of Samsung Galaxy buds in sound quality, blocking outside sound, and comfort.

    I really thought that these would be better than the buds 2 but alas they are not. I like the fit better because they don't fall out as much and are a bit smaller which is nice, but the sound quality compared to my other ones is horrible. I miss the volume control touch feature, it was very convenient and cool to have.

    Good product overall, my main complaint is a little over a month of owning them one of the prongs that charge the right ear bud has popped out and is lost forever. Leaving me with the option of trying to find a replacement case or getting a new pair. Not as happy as i could be.
