    DO NOT BUY! Causes ear infection and drainage!

    DO NOT BUY! Fair warning to all, these ear buds contain a material that can cause an allergic reaction to your inner ears and Samsung is not taking responsibility for this issue. Anytime I wear them for any amount of time, I end up with dry, irritated ears followed up with a thick liquid discharge that lasts several days. It is a well known problem throughout the U.S. and Europe but Samsung is not willing to admit, recall or issue a refund after purchase. There is even an ongoing lawsuit in the state of New Jersey because of this problem. Avoid the pain, irritation and frustration these Ear Buds may cause; purchase a different brand. I have sent numerous follow-up emails to the Samsung rep assigned to my case and I am now just being ignored. My return period has lapsed through Brst Buy therefore I am now stuck with an expensive pair of paper weights.

    Not the best. I really regret buying the. No matter whoch piece I place, the earnuds come out flying from my ears. I prefer other branda.

    They sounded great for about a week, when suddenly, the left one started making a very strong continuous beep that almost hurt my ear, had to return them.

    It is nice but my first addition of these ear buds does more than these I can't replay or skip songs on my music app but they do fit better in my ears

The touch actions are set to single tap and tap and hold by default. To use all touch actions, from Galaxy Wearable, tap Touch controls to activate the related features. Lightly tap the touch pad one time for the following options: Play a track. Pause a track. Quickly tap the touch pad two times for the following options: Play the next track. Answer or end a call. Quickly tap the touch pad three times for the following options: Play previous track (if done in the first three seconds of a track). Start the current track over at the beginning (if done after the first three seconds of a track). Touch and hold the touch pad for the following options: Activate a custom shortcut.     After having them for 1 year one ear bud stopped working. Before that they were a great product.

    The battery only lasts 3 hours, with ANC turned off or on. The ANC is not as good as they promise, I think my Galaxy Buds 2 lasted longer and had a better ANC. simply disappointed with this product, it should be clarified that it connects them to my s24 ultra.

From your early morning workout to a late night of studying, you want your earbuds' battery to last as long as you do. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro provides up to 8 hours of playtime per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. By making a couple of adjustments, you can conserve battery power on your earbuds. That way, they'll last when you really need them. Here are some tips you can follow: When you are not using the earbuds, keep them in the charged charging case with the cover closed. Adjust the notification settings from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone.     I thought these earbuds would work much better compared to other brands. I have a Samsung smart tv and same brands work better. But to my frustration, these earbuds started to deteriorate in sound. I tried to ignore it! But the sound quality was becoming worse. The sound intermittently goes out. It also had this irritating scratchy sound!

    I can't belive how horrible these fit in the ears, you spend more time catching them and readjusting then anything else. Shame. But airpods for the win I guess. They stay in ear even during excercise. But obviously I can't utilize all the features

    Sounds good, fit and comfort are a definite improvement over the Galaxy Buds. But when outside (i.e. running) bluetooth connectivity is very spotty - to the point I can't get through most songs. I have followed manufacturers instructions, updated the firmware to the latest version, unpaired and paired again. No avail. Am returning the buds.
