    Great Earbuds for Anyone!

    I tend to be very picky with my earbuds, but Samsung has made a nice pair with these. You get professional sound and comfort for an affordable price! These buds are EXTREMELY comfortable, which is a huge complaint with their rival counterpart. They fit in my ears well and do not move around much. They of course come as noise cancelling with a professional surround sound-type feel. Music is crisp and phone calls are clear. Though they are not waterproof, they are water resistant, making wearing them over a long day or workout less worrisome. My favorite feature is the intelligent conversation mode. When they detect your voice, noise cancellation turns off, as well as whatever media you are playing turns down. The buds go into ambient mode, and when you are done with your conversation, they go back to their previous settings. My only complaint is more of a personal problem. These earbuds come with touchpad command sensors where you can tap a certain number of times or hold the earbud for a specific amount of time to command your earbuds to complete a task. I like to tap my earbuds into my ear for a better fit over the day, which can cause me to accidentally hang up on whomever I am on the phone with, skip songs, overall just kind of mess up the flow of things. Overall, I am satisfied with this product.

    I have several pairs of samsung buds+ and buds live. They have been the siperior headphones for me and all around solid - until i lost one pair, used a pair so much the battery died over multiple years and so i decided to get a pair of the new guys. Boy was i disappointed. I am in the iphone ecosystem however i did not anticiapte that i would not be able to even update the drivers on a computer. I could live with that and the tin-can sound i guess as long as i could charge these and use them to block my partner snoring with the noise canceling function. Disappointment again. Although advertised as wireless charging i have tried every wireless charger i own and have not been able to get these puppies to charge. I also cant seem to figure out how to toggle the ANC function to shut out noise because theres no app or computer support. Sadly samsung lost a loyal customer by trying to force me into their ecosystem. I’m returning these because the wireless charging does not work at all.

    I had the first galaxy pro ear buds and they were great! I decided it was time for an upgrade so I got these. Wasn't a fan. I thought maybe they were defective because they would disconnect while IN my ears. I exchanged them the next day for other ones, (same model and color) and those did the SAME THING. I decided to return them. I LOVE MY SAMSUNG, but these did NOT make me happy :(

    Sounds great and they pared amazing with my samsung phone but they would not stay in my ears even walking let alone running

    I was really excited to get these after reading how great the last generation was and the improvements made to them this year. Unfortunately, I have an iPhone 13, not a Galaxy phone. And Samsung has discontinued support for the Galaxy app on the app store, so these essentially just become a nice pair of bluetooth earbuds without any of the functionality provided if you pair them with a Galaxy phone. I'm not sure how they would do with a Pixel or other Android phone, but at this point I'm assuming Samsung wants you locked into their ecosystem to get the full benefits. And don't get me wrong, I know Apple does this with the AirPods, which are functional but ugly in their current design. Google has started doing this with the Pixel Buds as well, so it's just the way it is and it's getting annoying for consumers. I would much rather have these over airpods, but Samsung has decided they don't want anyone with a phone that isn't theirs. I'm sure it's easier from a programming standpoint but it seems like you're cutting out a big piece of the market. These sound good, but I can't adjust the settings so they might sound better if you have a Galaxy to make use of the 24-bit high-fi capability. You can toggle the ANC by touching the earpod directly, and the ANC is good but I don't have access to the Intelligent Conversation Mode which would be awesome. Enhanced 360 audio also doesn't work without a Galaxy phone, nor does the multi-point bluetooth. Look, these are super comfortable for all day wearing, have a great battery life and bluetooth range along with water resistance of IPX7. They have basic ANC you can toggle on and off manually and sound decent. If you have a Galaxy smartphone, these are the buds for you. If you have any other phone, you need to understand the limitations before spending the money. Likewise with the other manufacturers that only give you the full experience within their own ecosystem. That's why I give these 3 stars, because Samsung gave up on the app and the price isn't justified unless you have the right phone. I wanted to love these, but they're going to be my lawn mowing/workout buds and I'm going to stick with my Bose QC earbuds for travel/calls/etc because there are no restrictions on them regardless of the phone, computer or tablet I pair them with.

    My first pairing lasted for just over a year before one side stopped working. Now the second pair has stopped charging the right one while the left one and the case are at 100 percent. Not a very good earbuds product for durability.
