    I have tried these ear buds for several weeks and have experienced multiple ear infections. I have stopped using them for a week and the infection cleared. Once i used them again the infections came back. I have scabs where the charging connections are. Both ears had these problems. I have replaced the ear tips to new foam pieces. That did not work. I have used the smaller size tips also with no difference.

When you wear canal-type earphones including Buds2 Pro for a long time, the humidity can increase inside your ears, and it may cause skin irritation or contact dermatitis such as inflammation of the outer ear. If you feel ear pain or skin irritation occurs while using the earbuds, please immediately stop using the device and visit your doctor for consultation. We recommend removing earbuds periodically from your ears so that the humidity inside the ears can be lowered when using the device for a long time. After prolonged wear, please dry your ears and clean the earbuds and ear tips regularly to prevent any problems.     Very disappointed in this as a galaxy flagship product. I've used the google and Sony premium and both of those work better, pair faster and have a better fit. Sound is probably comparable to the others, but lack of practical functionality is disappointing.

    Having used many pairs of AirPods since they rolled out in 2016, I was excited to give these a try. Frankly these thing suck. There is no way of ending a call by tapping on their sides. It won’t hang up on calls and only hurts the users ear. To use the app for its settings, Samsung forces the user to provide access to all sorts of private things like calendars and address book that really have nothing to do with the settings of headphones (unless the user swishes to use voice activation). Samsung is obviously using cheap tactics here to grab data. Don’t be as stupid as I was in buying this overpriced garbage.

    Samsung Galaxy Earbuds were purchased thinking they would pair with iPhone. They didn’t. So they were returned.

By making a couple of adjustments, you can conserve battery power on your earbuds. That way, they'll last when you really need them. Here are some tips you can follow: When you are not using the earbuds, keep them in the charged charging case with the cover closed. Adjust the notification settings from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone.     Didnt even last 6 months before losing connectivity and losing volume in buds. Will nit purchase again and i have several Samsung products

    I HAD THE SKULL CANDY A FEW YEARS AGO AND THEN I BOUGHT THE JBL 225W. ONE OF THE EAR BUDS STARTED TO COME APART. SO I BOUGHT THESE. THRY KEPT FALLING OUT OF MY EAR AND IT WAS HARD TO ANSWER CALLS OR WHEN I WOULD TRY AND PUSH THE BUDS BACK IN MY EAR I WOULD HIT THE BUTTON AND EITHER HANG UP ON SOMEONE I WAS TALKING TO OR TURN OFF MY MUSIC.
