    Noise cancellation feature doesn't work on iPhones

    Disappointed with the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro (with noise cancellation feature) is not compatible with iPhones. Unfortunately Best Buy staff was not aware and gave me false information so I had to return this item.

We understand how confusing it can be to have a new device and learning the new features and functionality. You can absolutely use the ANC feature of this device with any phone. Changing the sound profile from ANC to ambient sound you simply tap and hold on the bud while connected until you hear a tone and the sound profile changes.     The worst earbuds I've owned, can't skip songs, cant go back to previous songs, can't switch to a phone call, only start stop playing audio. The only thing good is the noise cancelling

    Bought to replace original Buds Pro that I lost. Sound is even better than the first model, especially when listening to tablet or phone in a crowded area. I like the noise cancellation a lot, but it's not always needed. Definitely a great purchase.

Ambient sound uses the external microphones on your earbuds to let you hear outside noises, so you can still hear important sounds and keep alert of your surroundings while still enjoying that song or podcast. With Ambient sound enabled, feedback may occur when touching the microphone. Make sure the microphone isn't touching your ear when wearing the earbuds. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips.     Fits uncomfortable in the ear not liking it at all plus the person I am talking with can hardly hear me, however when I disconnect the buds they can hear me better speaking directly on the phone.... sigh waste of my money on this product.

    Samsung (per their website) does not have an app for an iPhone. So you cannot adjust anything. They sounded good with music, would not connect for use with a phone call. There is nothing saying the Buds 2 Pro does not have an app for iPhones. Only hours of web searching provided that info.

    I really tried to love these headphones and did research prior to buying but I guess not enough. The sound quality is good until you have a phone call. Most times I take a call, people complain they cant hear me or it sounds terrible. The sound is bad no matter what mode you're in. Lastly, the fit sucks and they aren't comfortable to me personally. Disappointed in my purchase and will trade in for a better option.

    If it were up to me id go for the original buds pro they had longer battery life, their ambient sound was cleaner and less static, also they turn off every now and then after some use even after fully charging them

    Bought them, they worked for the first usage, then less than a week later began to connect and disconnect back and forth every few seconds. Took them back for troubleshooting. Was advised by Geek Squad to return them and get a new pair since I was still within 30 days. Second pair did the exact same thing, worked the first time, after that continously connected and disconnected. Don't waste your time and money.
