Doesn't stay in your ears, the adaptive sound kicks in when using for phone calls or voice chat programs so you can't hear the other people. It needs to be able to turn off but not revert to a $40 wireless headphones where it hears everything when turned off. Samsung had a mod back when the Note 7 came out with a small wing, it's still going strong and out doing all its current models.

The earbuds fell out of case after opening it and fell into sewer. I thought this would be covered under warranty but it is not. This was after owning the earbuds for only one week. I explained the situation to best buy and they informed me that this is considered to be a lost item and my ear buds are not covered.

Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is a winner in the world of true wireless ear buds. It’s smaller and lighter than the previous generation of galaxy buds pro. The design is attractive and not boring looking. Most importantly, they are quite comfortable to wear so you can spend hours using them. Of course, fitting may vary from one person to another, but they should fit pretty well so you can take them for some running. The buds also got some water-proof rating, so using them when raining shouldn’t be a problem. In terms of features, these buds offer a lot and sits at the top end of true wireless ear buds. The buds offer ANC, which work quite well as long as they fit in your ears pretty nicely. Call quality when ANC on is ok. The buds also offer ambient mode so you can be aware more of your surroundings. The case can be charged wirelessly, and you can even wirelessly charge these directly from supported galaxy phone. There’s also 360 spatial audio mode with head tracking that simulates audio in 360 degrees environment, however, this feature is a bit more gimmicky than something you would enjoy immensely. You can control some of the features of the buds from your android phone. Battery is rated to last up to 5 hours with ANC on and up to 8 hours with ANC off, which basically is what you’d be getting with other high-end earbuds. Now on to the sound quality, which I think is the most important selling point of these ear buds. They sound excellent. The sound signature is designed by AKG, which is one of the biggest brands in the world of audio equipment. They should not disappoint, well perhaps unless you’re an audiophile that prefers specific sound signature. I personally prefer to use over ear headphone when I’m listening to music extensively, however, these buds’ audio quality can compete with other high end ear buds from any major brand. Samsung even made 24-bit audio transmission possible when paired with supported galaxy phone and using appropriate app. I’m using galaxy Z fold 3 and I’m already pretty impressed of how the phone handles the codec. There is no way to verify that the 24 bit audio is working, however, when it works the sound quality should sound a bit better. Personally, even without the 24-bit audio capabilities say that you are pairing these buds with your iPad, these buds should still sound great. So, with the excellent audio quality and many features they offer, these buds deserve to be your daily driver.

Had it for a month now my beats over the ear was louder, Buds keeps slipping even with the small ear buds at the gym. Which is very aggravating that you've to keep fixing them. Keep hearing static noise in the left bud when on nose cancellation.

Worst Product ever. bought a new one and was sent either a used one or a fake version. when it arrived the buds were still in the security alphabox. had to use a hammer to open it. no extra earpieces and no charger cable were in it. the buds themselves kept having a loud static sound when playing music and soon they didn't work. only took 3 days for them to stop working. Can't believe best buy would do something like this

In the crowded world of wireless earbuds, Samsung introduces its newest iteration of their Buds series. Out of the box you get the buds, the carrying/charging case, a USB-C to USB-C charging cable, different sized ear attachments, and some inserts. The case has this nice rubberized finish to it, it seems pretty sturdy. You have an indicator light on the front of the case that shows you the charging status. On the back you have the USB-C port. On the inside you have another light indicator showing that shows if the earbuds themselves have a good charge. The buds themselves have this nice matte finish material. They fit really nicely as well. Connecting them to your phone is really simple. (I have an iPhone, so the experience may vary). When I opened the case, I saw a blinking light, I turned on the bluetooth, found the buds, paired them, that's it. I didn't have to download a single app to get them paired. The touch feature on the earbuds are nice and responsive. You press them once to stop audio or a movie, or to answer a call. The sound is where I was really impressed. It doesn't have the deepest base, but the base is there for anyone who like a good dose. I'm disappointed that I couldn't change any of the setting in regards to the sound. (Unless there was an app I was supposed to install that had this feature) All in all, it's a good pair of buds. With the lack of features, I'm not sure I would pay this much when there are other earbuds with more added software features.
