I asked for white, store i was at sent me another store picked them up opened them they were graphite. Already opened the box. The first store had the graphite in stock.

In less than a month the charging contacts stop functioning on one earbud and it’s unable to charge and unable to be used. I’ve cleaned the charging contacts with no positive results. Hopefully the third pair will last. I’ve already spent over $100 in geek squad service plans.

Tried cleaning and every other solution found on various blogs...apparently its a common issue.

Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. You'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test.
