Disappointing Downgrade

I was excited to get my hands on the new Galaxy Bud2 pro earbuds, but unfortunately, they've fallen short in almost every way. The biggest letdown is the fit. These buds just don't stay snug in my ears. Insultingly, there were no other size earbuds included in the package, like previous generations. They feel loose and constantly on the verge of popping out. This is a huge step back from the previous generation, which offered a secure and comfortable fit. Sound quality is another area where the Galaxy Bud2 pro disappoints. While not terrible, it definitely lacks the clarity and punch of the earlier model. The bass feels less defined, and the overall audio experience feels a bit muddy. It's a noticeable downgrade for anyone who enjoyed the richer soundscape of the previous version. To add insult to injury, the connectivity hasn't been as flawless as I'd expect. I've experienced occasional dropouts and stutters that weren't an issue with the last generation. Overall, I can't recommend the Galaxy Earbud2 pro earbuds. The loose fit, underwhelming sound quality, and connectivity problems make them a significant disappointment compared to their predecessor. If you're looking for a new pair of earbuds, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. You'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Take a look at, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" when you have some free time for more great information pertaining to getting that perfect fit. The ambient noise option helps with the pressure, but honestly still intense pressure. The liuder you listen to tour music the better the quality. The flaw to these is that they dont stay in the ear. For a pair of headphones being over $200 but wont even stay in the ear makes em not worth buying.

Wanted to stay android to pair with my Samsung, but not worth the price. At retail, the Sony's fit better, have far superior sound, and have a legit battery. One of the few Samsung products that isnt as good as it should be. Sound is ok, but battery life continues to annoy me and others.
